Arkansas was Ground Zero for a spectacular move of the Holy Spirit this past week. Included is a summary of Heaven's Outpouring.

February 1, 2001

Heaven threw a party during the first of eight Miracle Services in Eureka Springs. Glory Dust, forming on bodies, clothing and even the floor of the auditorium, covered those present. Gold teeth, crosses and fillings manifested as the Father simply loved His Kids. Lives were permanently impacted and changed by God's mighty Presence.

An analysis was shared concerning manifestations in the Ministry's previous Arkansas Crusade. A technician tested a number of Flakes. The results produced a finding of Gold and Platinum. It looks as though Heaven is going all out. And to think, this is only the beginning!

Charlene Gates, a member of the leadership team, offered the following perspective:

"Dr. Gervais' message this evening was inspiring and prophetic. Then the Word was confirmed via signs and wonders! Paul spoke about intimacy we can have with the Father. Our first meeting was glorious! We had Gold Dust appear in hair, on faces, hands and necks, as well as the floor. Gold fillings and crosses manifested in teeth. God is doing some incredible things in these last days. One lady mentioned that from Paul's last meeting at El Shaddai in August 2000, Wayne Warmack, a Christian lab technician, looked through a magnifying instrument at the Glory Dust and discovered it resembled human flesh cells. Yet, when tested with acid, the substance proved to be Gold and Platinum! This is the kind of Crusade God Chasers should be in! We love it!"

February 2, 2001

Bodies, basking in God's love, covered the carpeting. Gold filled mouths! Oil flowed from hands! Flakes attached themselves to people, furniture and the floor, as the Word was dispatched from Heaven's Throne Room at tonight's Miracle Rally. Particles of various colors instantly appeared before the eyes of those present. As I paced the auditorium's front, delivering fresh Bread from the Bakery...Papa's Good News, He decorated the place with Divine Glitter. At times, we actually stopped the service so His Kids could extract the Fallout with tape and black construction paper. People were tightly holding onto their Party Favors! That scene was not unlike those early school days when we would walk around with stars on our foreheads (some of us) and crafted treasures in little hands, just waiting to share them with Mom and Dad. One of the pastors glowed as we observed the progression of an actual gem forming in her hair. That marvelous event was witnessed by all in attendance.

Charlene Gates reports:

"The service was really great tonight! Dr. Gervais prophetically announced, 'Let God have His own way. This is Dad's party, and He's throwing the event. I now declare an Open Heaven!' Paul continued to proclaim, 'We are at a turning point. It won't be business as usual, ever again.' He also spoke of fighting fire with Fire (God's Presence) and how the Flame of Glory within us extinguishes the fiery darts of the enemy. Everyone was slain in the Spirit, and oil dripped from Dr. Gervais' head. Glory Dust of different colors covered faces! There were also dental manifestations of Gold. Because of the excitement of Thursday night's meeting, I forgot to tell about the piece of Gold Dust that formed in my hair. As Jetta Hurst focused a flashlight on the particle, it began to increase in size until the fragment looked like a jewel. God is awesome! His Presence cannot be denied!"

February 3, 2001

How precious it was to bask in His Presence! He didn't let anyone down, as Heavenly Flakes, brilliantly glowing and flashing before those in attendance, formed early in the Rally. Some traveled from Missouri and other regions to celebrate Jesus and be recipients of our Father's love. The Holy Spirit's Overcoming Power lined the auditorium with wall to wall bodies. Much time was spent extracting Fallout from surfaces. Colors ranged from gold, silver and green, to red. A Heavenly Mist was evident. And to think, this entire world will soon be filled with a knowledge of God's Glory! There's no stopping Him now!

February 4, 2001

The Father placed great emphasis on giving His Children more than just a menu (program, schedule of events and announcements). He wants us to be royally served and feasting on Heavenly delicacies, not unlike what we would expect from a four star restaurant. And He manifested that very revelation as everyone was overcome by the Presence and decorated with Glory Dust, which began manifesting during today's message on the compassion of Christ, a renewed mind, a heart positioned to lay down its life for others. Getting over self and conduiting the Glory were today's theme. The won are to become lost in Him!

Once more, Wayne Warmack, Rogers, Arkansas, a Hebrew scholar, instructor and highly accomplished-recognized symphonic musician, shares with the Body:

"I sat this evening in an atmosphere heavily charged and weighted with the Glory of God, while Dr. Gervais spoke one of the most awesomely inspired messages that I, or anyone else in the world, have ever heard. Upon entering the building there was a prompting to lead praise and worship, but an illness had robbed most of my voice. Paul recognized me from his last visit to El Shaddai and afforded a brotherly hug. Speech instantly began to return because of the great Anointing on that man! I then led praise and worship with a fairly strong voice. It so stunned and surprised me, though, that I almost couldn't stop laughing long enough to sing! We feasted on Father's tangible Presence, tasting the Glory of the Lord Jesus. It was so refreshing, so nourishing, and so filling! This is very unusual stuff for our part of the world! The splash-over that impacted this soul, Sunday morning, while catching for Dr. Gervais, really trashed me out, and it was glorious! I haven't had that powerful of a hit from the Holy Ghost since the last Rodney Howard-Browne meetings, attended in Shreveport. Again, we don't get much of that around these parts. Jesus, please bless Dr. Gervais for being our friend! Carpe Diem! Seize the moment! May Christ be praised and glorified."

February 5, 2001

Oil formed and dripped out of nowhere. Glory Dust of varied colors decorated the Celebration Room, as the Father literally showered His people with Heaven's contents. Those windows are truly open! Human bodies were no match for that wonderful Presence. Everyone was overcome by the Spirit, while wave upon wave impacted all. Those attending had lots of fun extracting Party Favors (Heaven's Fallout) from surfaces. It's amazing how Papa's company can impact the Kids! Little ones, barely capable of walking or talking, were not able to stand on their feet because of the Holy Spirit's influence, and became inundated with Heaven's Glitter during this evening's service. Dad's other Youngsters also received the benefits of His gifting. Words of knowledge and healings underscored God's absolute love for people. Tears flowed in response to intimacy generated from the Throne Zone. Lives will never be the same after connecting with the Author and Finisher of all that is. What an invasion!

February 6, 2001

Men wearing makeup in church? You bet! Glory Dust of many hues was everywhere, as young children did their best to extract the substance from surfaces, desiring a souvenir from Dad. Dental manifestations of crosses and Gold fillings were prolific. However, one gentleman, who well towered over me, awed everyone with three extremely shiny Gold molars! Standing on one's feet was next to impossible, due to God's rich Anointing. At the beginning of this evening's message, a sizable Gold fragment dropped to the floor and was quickly seized by an eager lady at the front of the auditorium. Nothing was more thrilling than to witness varied denominations, from Baptists to Catholics, fall in love with Jesus all over again, and adorn His creative works!

"The Miracle Rally Anointing has been increasing nightly! There were many wonders manifesting in the form of Gold crosses and fillings in teeth. One man left the meeting with a mouth full of Heavenly dental work worth thousands of dollars, if done by man! At the beginning of the service a small Golden Nugget formed on the floor by the platform. Dr. Gervais again gave it to one of the ladies. The usual manifestation of Gold Dust was discovered on hands, faces and the floor in red, blue and green colors. Each particle was a treasure straight from Heaven's portals and the Father's hands."

Getting over self and experiencing the Father, His heart, thoughts and emotions were the Holy Spirit's theme tonight. The Revelator promoted recognition of the high price God actually paid in so loving this World that He sent His only begotten Son, Who was more than willing to leave Glory so that we might enter the Kingdom and be accorded that same Glory. Confirming the Word, the Power Agent literally showered the auditorium, including our guest book, with Glory Dust, replacing teeth, turning molars into solid Gold and establishing crosses in mouths. One individual adorned three Gold molars in a row. Videotape captured the miraculous! Healings abounded. The Kids were still lifting Heaven's Glitter from surfaces and each other with tape, after I left the auditorium. Sitting in my hotel room, this body is glistening with Fallout. Oh, how He loves us!

"All we can say is, 'What an ending!' A fiery anointing lit up the eyes of Dr. Gervais as he conveyed to us the Father's heart toward His Children. What came forth, according to Paul, was a 'new revelation,' while he was speaking about the intensity of the Father's affection and importance of understanding the significance of that love. Who thinks about what the Father experiences? Who goes deep enough to feel what He feels? There were words of knowledge, healings, manifestations of Gold Dust (various colors), Gold molars and fillings in abundance. Waves of the Anointing almost swept some of us off our feet while we just stood around talking! Many fell under the powerful Unction as Paul prayed for lines of people, sharing personal words of prophecy over some. Our new-found friends expressed their appreciation to us for hosting the Miracle Rally. What a week! Thanks Daddy!"

"Upon undressing for bed after getting home from the Miracle Rally in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, I discovered that the ugly blue stripe was no longer apparent on the inner side of my left leg. About two weeks ago, while in the shower, I noticed a line running about 4 or 5 inches above the inside ankle and was alarmed. This evening, toward the end of your wonderful message delivered from Daddy's heart, you called forth words of knowledge. One of them was for a varicose vein condition of the left leg...very specific! I quickly went forward to receive that healing. By the authority of the Name of Jesus and mighty Power of His blood I am manifestly whole of that. Also, I was greatly impressed and convicted to witness the Gold in mouths. Thank you for coming once again to Eureka Springs. This has been a landmark week in lives, indelibly imprinted in our hearts and minds, and I have become more alive these past seven days, due to the outworking of the Holy One in you."

During sleep in Arkansas, the Spirit of the Lord clearly spoke to my heart concerning all creation awaiting a manifestation of the Sons and Daughters of God. From earthquakes to storms, a convulsing is taking place in an effort to purge sin and its byproducts...sickness, poverty, death and oppression of every nature, from the Body of Christ and uttermost parts of the earth. This process is not unlike the proverbial splinter gradually working toward the skin's surface, as the flesh declares..."This is trespassing and doesn't belong here!" In reality, that is God's DNA and Voice, casting a resounding vote in the direction of healing and restoration, attempting to right a wrong.

Our planet was not established for what it's experiencing. Thrilling atoms and molecules the most is, and will always be, the Father's Glory! This globe belongs to Him and us! If that were not the case, we'd be clearly trespassing. I know one who is. Satan! But change has arrived. Prepare for captivity to be reversed!

The Almighty's Voice continued with, "Paul, all objects, even the very rocks, emit sound, crying out, praising their Designer. Furthermore, each possesses a gravitational attraction, or pull, toward the other. Size determines the intensity and potency of that draw...the larger enjoying more capacity than the smaller. Deep is calling unto deep. Heaven and earth continue kissing, have never been closer. The Children's praises are being vacuumed into the Throne Room while the contents of Glory continue to be literally pulled from this locale to yours, including Love, Life, Light, knowledge, signs, wonders, miracles and tangible manifestations of Glory's environment. One side (Heaven) declares, 'I want your affection.' The other (earth) retorts, 'Pour out the Spirit!' My will is being done on earth, as it is in Heaven! And to think, We've only just begun!"

Materialization Of The Intangible!

"Beloved, let Me say more about what has begun surfacing in My Presence...the Glory Dust, oil, dental miracles, new body parts, and jewels, to name a few facets of Outpouring. Incidentally, this, again, is merely the beginning. You haven't begun to imagine the vastness of Dad's plan for these great days of the Spirit. Even in the natural, humanity, heathen and all, craves the flashy... silver, gold, sequins, strobe lights, the illumination of Hollywood, movie and rock stars, jewelry, polished coins, flashy automobiles and fine clothing. There's glitter in everything from hairspray to lipstick! Even the Master adorned a seamless robe...the best. Did He not request that the Bride be accorded the same Glory evident in His life and ministry? Some within the Church have had difficulty over My plan to bless their socks off. Nevertheless, Who has placed a desire within hearts for the flamboyant, first class and new, whether that be a fashionable outfit, home or restoration of the Body? I both ordained and created wealth...the extravagant. It's time to taste and see that the Lord is good. Reading the menu isn't enough. The Grand Chef has ordained a serving and feeding of His Family. What celebration would be of any value without favors, treats and surprises? Well, its fun time, and the One Who knows how to celebrate is doing His thing. Precious Child, you stand on the Mount of Transfiguration and are about to truly wear a Robe of Righteousness that will brilliantly glow for all to see! In society, some sport what looks like aluminum foil and perceive that as cool! Body piercing has become commonplace. Frankly, dull is boring. Ask any fisherman who uses special lures to receive his limit. Glimmer and shine fill the boat with an impressive catch and feed the family! Thus is the case in the Kingdom. Wait until you see what's reserved for the Marriage Supper of the Lamb! Contemplate this. I formed the mind that is attempting to analyze the Hand that rules the universe. Lean not unto your human understanding. In so doing, it's like trying to taste an orange with your ear. Spirit communicates with spirit. Discernment and enjoyment must be derived from that realm. All else will be deceptive. Heaven's transmitter never ceases, but sends forth revelation without interruption. And I am the Chief Engineer! Never is there a loss for words from My vantage point. As you hear, call those things which be not as though they were, until each becomes. Accept change, particularly that dissatisfaction with business as usual. It's high time for us to vitally win this already (legally) won battle. And the endeavor is so profoundly simple. Extend that arm, and observe the miraculous. Venture forward. Don't fight! Only possess what is rightfully the Kingdom's. It cries out for your touch! Let's turn this world upside down with the Glory!"
