Well, Dad did it again! The atmosphere was supercharged! Gold teeth, Silver, as well as Gold fillings, crosses, oil and Glory Dust, lined people, pews, the podium, carpeting, in fact, the entire auditorium. As the Word went forth, I was amazed to witness the Father's preparation for this weekend's ongoing party. Heavenly Glitter of all colors attached itself to the seating area and floor, reflecting His Majesty's flare for the creative and miraculous. One man's ring was transformed from a dull metallic appearance to shiny yellow. What a joy it was to see little children, along with their adult counterparts, overcome by the precious Holy Spirit, later gathering flakes from various surfaces. Faces, necks, hands and clothing literally glowed with the Dust, a prelude to tonight's encounter!

"Dr. Gervais, may I travel with you?," the beautiful 12-year-old blonde girl asked with the sweetest smile. The Holy Spirit was all over her and everyone else in the auditorium, as scores responded to words of knowledge, receiving instant healings, from neck tumors to paralysis. The floor was lined with wall to wall people, overcome by His wonderful love. Glory Flakes covered those in attendance. Oil and dental miracles emanated from Papa's Throne Room. The manifestations were captured on film...Kodak moments, without question! Thank the Lord for tape, as the Kids gathered Heaven's Outpouring from surfaces. Intimacy with the Father was definitely experienced. Unless the signs and wonders translate into a winning of souls and drawing of hearts, they are for naught. This night, the Power Agent did His job well, as usual!

"Look at my purse!," exclaimed the teen. For a while, that was the object of everyone's attention, as Green Glory Dust inundated the item, both inside and out. Then another young lady's pocketbook adorned Heaven's Fallout, which, again, covered furniture, floors, clothing, shoes, socks, literally all internal locations. I just stood back as Ontario's younger set observed creative miracle after creative miracle...black fillings being transformed into Gold crosses before their very eyes. Then the Cloud arrived...God's Glory. The auditorium was lined with overcome Kids, while the Lord imparted both love and identity. Many entered a deep sleep. That particular Unction was a first for me in twenty-six years...a new level of intimacy with the Father, beyond signs and wonders. After the Rally, a group of us traveled to a local Chinese Restaurant. "Dr. Gervais, we saw you on TBN!," shouted patrons. "Will you pray for us?" So, Dad wasn't finished. The Ministry was answering its call. Oh, how He yearns to use us in this world, yes...even on Main Street!

Heaven and earth truly united this night, with its contents invading a full house. God's Children were not disappointed, as He showered them with Glory Dust. Healings and Gold teeth abounded. One lady went home, carrying Dad's Contagion and found her carpet covered with Flakes of all colors. During the service, the floor was literally lined from front to back, with side by side Worshippers, overcome by the Spirit. And to think, this is only the beginning. We haven't begun to imagine what lies directly ahead! Windsor, Ontario, has surely been invaded with His permanent Presence!

Several leaders were in attendance. Here is an excerpt from Pastor Jim Willard's perspective.

"Wow! God is so good! We came expecting Him to continue building up the Body. That's exactly what He has done. New dental work was everywhere. Glory Dust, in many beautiful colors, attached itself to almost everyone. However, the exciting part for me was when the young children were touched by the Father's heart. It was so beautiful to see little ones, six and seven-years-old, resting in the Spirit. My wife, Sian, was healed of a bladder infection. Arthritis of the hands vanished in another. A neck tumor disappeared, as well. Many testimonies were shared. Thank God for the things He has done! I can't wait to see the Church free, moving into the streets, declaring His works and leading souls into the Kingdom. I know that is about to begin. Witnessing Believers finally moving in signs and wonders was awesome! For too long, the Bride has been powerless and ineffective. However, Jesus is changing all that. Praise the Lord! We give Him the glory! Thank you, Dr. Paul, for your obedience in being a carrier and transfer point."

In all history, there has never been such expectancy in the Body of Christ. Let's face it! Even the very atmosphere is supercharged with an unprecedented, unique Presence. Regardless of attacks, God's Children are faithfully gestating dreams, visions, blueprints and destiny. Again, even though Satan has initiated hell's best against the Church, that Glory Cloud continues revealing, empowering, filling and exciting the Bride. While words are added to this page, an Open Heaven has begun to shed its contents, as Gold Flakes attach themselves to surfaces in my hotel room. He is vitally with us, protecting the Flock, as we, indeed, are led into that large place of promise for His Glory!

The Word boldly declares, "Where sin abounds, grace much more gains ascendency," an upper-hand if you will. Like a flood, the Spirit is raising up an impenetrable standard within each yielded Vessel, that will drive out the mere thought of darkness, overcoming evil with good, totally destroying the works of Satan.

As I prepare to leave, minister and spend a week with friends in Littleton, Colorado, the location of Columbine, the Holy Spirit is boldly declaring, "My best is imminently ahead!" This Vessel anticipates a mighty move. We are more than conquerors. Beloved, His highest will for you is to be far from all oppression, as the Apostle Paul once implied..."independent of circumstances." How is that possible? In response, the Word shouts..."By controlling them!"

I am so convinced that we are living far beneath our rights and privileges in the Kingdom. When Jesus exclaimed, "It is finished!," He meant just that. In effect, the Master was declaring His completed work. Christ paid the ultimate price for our freedom and victory in all regions, including healing, health, prosperity, favor and much more. No stone was left unturned. The bottom line here is that the Redeemed have been given those marvelous keys to unlock prisons doors and set the multitudes free...spirit, soul and body, obliterating chains of oppression. Refusing to look back is part of the plan. Not only can there be no future in the past, but those former days have passed away. Without question, all has become new. Again, we are in a Glory to Glory promotion process!

As Living Epistles (Gospels), the world is to read us, envision each Christian as vital proof of the Covenant! That includes the fulness of its promises. You and I have been placed on earth for such a time as this to literally and figuratively glow with the exact Essence and Nature of the One sending us! The Father and Savior have a single mindset. If you see the Son, there's also an unveiling of Dad. Both operate in sync. The Lord's eyes were constantly affixed on the Throne Room, as step by step direction was revealed. He was, and is, a marvelous Model of following the Spirit. We are to do likewise. You are a walking, talking, acting Bible! Consequently, the greater works must be witnessed and experienced through your life. Papa's goodness, mercy, compassion and faithfulness have become a major portion of what the unsaved are to see in the Church, during their quest for truth and deliverance.

Health and prosperity are important. However, the plan goes far beyond what I call those automatic facets of the Covenant. Contemplate what the Most High has imparted, what is actually on the inside of you! The Holy Spirit, from Whom we gain revelation... that road map for direction; Power to win the lost, reverse captivity, cast out devils and raise the dead; the very Life (Zoe) of God; all sufficiency in everything pertaining to what is required here, naturally and supernaturally. Within each Living Epistle is inscribed.."I am the head and not the tail; surely goodness and mercy are following me all the days of my life; no formed weapon will be able to prosper; He will be a friend to my friends, an enemy to those who would attempt me harm. It's time to sit at the feet of Jesus, casting aside elements of fear and every vain imagination.

The Revelator remains poised to grant vision. That still, small Voice can be discerned this very moment.

The Rain!

"Has it not been written that Father's will must be done on earth, as in Heaven? Through that tear in the fabric of Glory, I am raining on the just and unjust alike. Child, prepare to go forth with a new, more potent Anointing. Flesh and blood will yield to that law of the Spirit of Life in Christ, overcoming the previously unreachable and hardhearted by a Cloud of love, restoration and reconciliation. Please understand the intensity of the Father's affection and commitment. The cry will surely be...'Peace on earth, goodwill toward men.' Multitudes incorrectly perceive that I have personally turned My back on them because of sin. Recognize the very reason why Christ was sent into the world. Love was the motivator! Unlike man, the Creator cannot lie, but sees through the Blood and associated eyes of faith, calling those things which be not as though they were, until each becomes, separating sin and behavior from individuals. Since the planet lies in darkness, I anticipate stumbling, until Light (Jesus) is received. Oh, how this heart yearns to shower humanity with Heaven's best. And that is about to happen! Observe! The Rain emanating from Glory will powerfully impact the lost and confused with an abundance of the miraculous. Contrary to what some are saying, My hand is not poised to destroy, but hilariously bless, via good and perfect gifts. Dad knows precisely how to woo every person into the Body. And through you, We will accomplish that job. The most bizarre signs and wonders will occur in the darkest regions, where despair and despondency rule. Prepare ye the way! Declare a positive message. Tell all about the Covenant. Don't deny or venture beyond the Unction. Once that Seed is sown, the Standby will take over, convicting (convincing) and confirming with signs following!"

It's Time!

"Oh, how I long to love this world, not only legally, but vitally, since actions speak louder than words. That's precisely why faith without corresponding works is dead. Church, a double standard does not exist. As Dad is, you have become! There have been far too many verbal utterances, minus the miraculous. That is why some houses of worship are empty. No one would want to attend a one-sided, do-it-yourself party. Even in the natural realm, the host provides food, desserts, balloons, along with other (party) favors. And the birthday star always shows for the event. Such must be the case when you meet in My Name. I will be there to give, give, give, with a celebration of the Love and Life (signs, wonders, miracles, encouragement, the prophetic). Life in the Spirit is to be fun! Sit at the Savior's feet! Permit Him to serve, as He is predisposed to show favor. Remember Mary and Martha? Which one chose a better lot? Mary was not sidetracked by the cares of this world or deceitfulness of riches, but made a quality decision to sit at the feet of the Spirit of Prophecy, Himself, the Great Teacher. Martha remembered My miraculous, that occasion when those loaves and fishes were multiplied, but was sidetracked. You know, I would have supernaturally supplied the day's meal, if a decision had been made to join Mary. But Martha was troubled much about many things. Precious One, if the enemy cannot impact you with sin, along with a perception that Dad is consequently angry (not true), he will attempt to derail through busyness or walking outside your Anointing and call...doing God's work! Don't move an inch without first locating yourself in that Secret Place. We are to be one, in symphony, when the Tidalwave of Glory covers this earth. Life, Power, abundance, yes...that very next breath come from the Author and Finisher of faith. Never forget, sufficiency and effectiveness originate here. Get ready to party!"
