From the Desk of Doctor Paul ...
"For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will
not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and
will not delay." Habakkuk 2:3
"In the beginning was the Word, and the word was with God, and the word was
God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made;
without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life
was the light of men." John 1:1-4
"All your words are true; and your righteous laws are eternal." Psalm 119:160
"Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with
God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith
into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the
glory of God." Romans 5:1-2
We are unquestionably positioned under an open Heaven, as God clearly pours
out His Spirit upon all flesh. It has begun to rain on the righteous and
unrighteousness alike. Where sin and its associated byproducts abound, the
Almighty's Glory increasingly extinguishes hell's fires, those onslaughts of
stealing, killing and destroying. What a victorious countermove from the Throne
Room!
This planet contains in excess of six-billion people...men, women and
children who, whether they consciously know this fact or not, ongoingly crave, and
beyond that, are starving for, a manifestation of the Father's Sons and
Daughters. In an effort to ameliorate spiritual hunger and its consequent,
secondary side effects: psychopathology...narcissism, hedonism, obsessions,
compulsions and addictions, God is going the extra mile, in a unstoppable
revelatory effort of gifting and granting unveiled, sustained desires and
determinations of destiny. Nothing else will do during these hours and days of
Supernatural drenching. Substitutions fail to satiate that chronic, unreachable itch
for the Supernatural, a vital and visual relationship with a Creator Who
forever lives to bless His Family and appear in various forms and ways, unto their
joy.
Consider the nations. Only a third have heard about Jesus in such a manner,
and I'm talking about accurately representing Glory's Covenant and
Commission. Scores are malaligned and not in a sound position of making an "informed
decision" for the Kingdom. An absence of knowledge and vision has kept far too
many from enjoying salvation's rights and privileges. Thus, the Church is
deployed to remedy that dilemma, by venturing into those dark places where the
"Big Fish" do business with the Lord's essence and nature (signs and wonders).
A prolific catch necessitates special bait, unprecedented and unparalleled
exploits that forever settle the issue of Christ's finished work, His love and
commitment to the Bride. Remember, the miraculous will always draw famished
crowds. The Supernatural has forever been the Holy Spirit's dinner bell.
Let's side up with the Word, and freely conduit that Entity!
Moments after Trinity Broadcasting Network's President, Dr. Paul Crouch, and
I were inundated by Heaven's Glory Dust, before five-hundred million
viewers, we discussed raising the dead, and the fact that Paul's Dad was present
when Smith Wigglesworth resurrected a man at his own funeral. "Our cameras are
ready to cover that manifestation...live!," declared this Network's leader,
Paul and I agreed that skeptics, in spite of such irrefutable evidence, will
undoubtedly do their predictable thing...portray ridiculous unbelief, as in
Jesus' day. Yet, these prophetically forthcoming displays won't transpire solely
or primarily for them, but instead, are intended to set at liberty them who
have been short-changed and bruised of the devil. Additionally, God's will
and Word, indeed, must be confirmed and corrected by way of the Beloved's
obedience and Divine credentialing. Throughout eternity, never has anyone been
more misunderstood, lied about, and misrepresented, than the Lord. Don't think
for a moment, that He is turning His back on this nonsensical babbling. The
Commander-in-Chief vindicated and validated the Children of Israel, His Son,
and all others following the Cloud. He'll do that for the Church and Himself,
as well!
The Holy Spirit is crying out for understanding and conduiting, someone to
work with, a platform on which He puts meat on the Word, with unprecedented
signs and wonders. Sinful acts of humanity are but a magnetic draw and
opportunity for God to show Himself strong, and even suspend the laws of nature, when
necessary, to benefit humanity via providence and deliverance. Walls of
judgment and indifference must be scaled and torn down, in order to facilitate
the prophetic, a mandate of remedy and new beginning, a Glory to Glory
transformation, where former enemies are seen no longer.
Life is sort of like a jigsaw puzzle. There's an old saying: "One must sit
with the past, until he can walk away from it." Heaven assists the redeemed in
reframing, rewriting and restructuring that particular segment of history,
to a level where the Christian recognizes that he or she is more than a
conqueror in Christ. Yesterday's challenges are but a springboard for the
miraculous, a venue where the Great Lover shows Himself strong, and establishes an
irrefutable testimony. As time progresses, that same puzzle, piece by piece,
perfectly assumes a beautiful portrayal of design, what I deem a Glory to Glory
progression of intimacy, spiritual empowerment, potency, effectiveness and
outcome.
In contemplating former days, we usually entertain the good, bad and
indifferent. Nevertheless, when meticulously looking back, while recognizing the
blessings of today, it's easy to envision a Divine hand upon one's walk. Ponder
His cumulative goodness and mercy, from day one to present. If you're alive,
getting around, and breathing, God has an awesome blueprint and destination
for each Spirit-led moment, a plan leading to further vision and hope, a
gifting above and beyond common thought or imagination!
Living within the Covenant and Commission was never intended to be
difficult, boring and tumultuous. All sufficiency, in everything pertaining to life
and godliness, is included within that which has been sealed and delivered by
the Lamb's Blood. When Jesus exclaimed..."It is finished, He meant that with
every cell of His being. No stone was left unturned. As He is, right now, at
the right hand of the Father, you have become, in this world.
The Israelites were well treated and lacked for nothing. In fact, there
wasn't a feeble one among them. That being the case, miracles had to be continual
and prolific, since needs, diverse and numerous as they were, had to be
supplied, physically, spiritually and psychologically. Even though their free
moral agency became an obvious obstacle, God stylized and sustained blessings
for each person in the group.
"Concerned Child, hear this well. Don't get caught up, or become paralyzed
by the present! Things aren't as they appear. The Eye of Faith sees above and
beyond the contradictory and mundane. Life...minutes, hours, days, weeks,
months and years, are connected, cumulative and cathartic. When negativity
abounds, the Throne supercedes hell's contradictory. The economy? That's not a
problem at all from this end, since the Great I Am is well prepared, having
already gone before what's labeled 'current and contemporary,' through Covenant
and Commission, in honoring the written and prophetic. Does the Word not
promise and provide 'more than enough?' You see, the beggarly elements of this
world result from the fall of man in that Garden of (Decision) Eden. No longer
belonging to self, the Believer has been redeemed from that curse of the law,
while being accorded wisdom, knowledge, understanding, dominion, Power and
authority over all in existence, the seen and unseen. Command ye Me! Take no
thought! Call those things that be not as though they were, until each
becomes. America's economy is doing an 'about face,' even as I speak. You see,
Heaven entered into a high and mighty agreement with this land's Founding Fathers,
a comprehensively unbreakable package, comprised of revelatory content and
glorious unction, Divine consistency and balance, a merging and converging of
Heaven and earth. Regardless of what others might predict or proclaim,
provision is a done deal! Beloved, nothing has been omitted from the ensuing
outflow. Once more, this Covenant with the nation's pioneers cannot be broken.
Additionally, seeds, sown into Israel and the Kingdom through official
governmental acts, missions, intercessory prayers, and other forms of obedience,
haven't been unnoticed. Your Lord of the Harvest stands over that good soil,
demanding and effectuating increase. Let's discuss the recent Congressional
Bailout. This process was astutely guided by the Sustainer's Hand. Inherent within
that mix are tangible and transferable provisional blessings for the
striving and stressed. In other words, the United States has planted a glorious seed
into her own system, one that I will Personally guard, anoint and multiply.
The Presidential race? Anxiety isn't necessary. In the day of your Lord's
Glory, people will be amenable to the associated Wind (Holy Spirit). The heart
of kings is in the Father's hand. Are you ready for another revelation, a
creative pronouncement and prelude to manifestation? What one talks about, will
come about. Walk not by sight or fright! Instead, depend upon that 'Eye of
Faith' in all quarters, situations and circumstances, since it's directly
enjoined to the spirit of man, that locale where the Glory makes known its own
will. Christmas? Prepare for a miraculous one, while the Throne releases angelic
armies, and more of the Supernatural, to further communicate and redeem that
which was lost. Peace on earth, and good will toward men, is about to assume
greater meaning!"

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of
all places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold
Manifestation, witnessed by millions. This is what He had to say: "Southern California has
been deemed 'Ground Zero' for this Ministry. Your journey will be
far-reaching, to the far corners of the earth. However, focus must remain on this
region...Greater Los Angeles. I have richly anointed and called you to take My
Word and Heaven's miraculous to where Glory's Light is dim and the Father's
Voice is seemingly silent."
Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many
precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven
possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that
call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

The Church is living in a Season of Suddenlies. She must ready Herself to
move with Glory's shifting Breeze, a stirring, exponentially gaining momentum
and potency from the Mercy Seat. A quick work is being accomplished for the
Kingdom!

will plunder hell and populate Heaven. Never forget, when your sole purpose
in life is practicing His Presence, all else will be taken care of!
God often grants a destiny dream that natural man immediately rejects. Only
spirit can comprehend Spirit. Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a
gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating,
gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there
now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!
I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed
into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have
approached the Lord with a gift. Your reward will be equal to mine. In plain
terms, partnership is a committed process of locking arms. Prayers and
financial sacrifices have never gone unnoticed in God's Kingdom. Both allow me to
take the Father's Word, signs and wonders to hurting people, those whose
lives and eternal destinies depend upon this synergy. Without question, scores
are on their way to Heaven, have been healed, thereby avoiding an early grave,
