From the Desk of Doctor Paul ...
"The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of his
being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided
purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven."

"Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall we not know
it? I will even make a way in the wilderness (those difficult, dark and dry
places), and rivers in the desert (an outpouring of the Spirit in regions
never experiencing His Light, Life and fullness)." Isaiah 43:19
"For the vision is but for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak
(move in that womb of your spirit), and not lie (remain unseen): though it
tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." Habakkuk
2:3
Let's begin the chapter with a prophetic marker. As the Revelator previously
announced by way of this outreach, Southern California, in particular,
continues attesting to the Creator's pronouncement..."You are 'Ground Zero,' a
major focal point of Divine travailing for manifestations of God's Sons and
Daughters. Physical shelves quickly responded, and will perpetually react
(earthquakes in Los Angles), in this effort to birth and display the Supernatural.
You see, the natural regularly precedes its creative contemporary... the
Supernatural, that unseen venue of the previously impossible. Earth, Wind and
Fire! Has California not made the news in each Holy Spirit symbolized facet? Oh,
what plans I have for you! Look for two additional quakes in that same
locale (Southern California), a total composite of three...representative of the
Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Across both oceans will the sod also shift, with
one movement gaining genesis from beneath the depths. Profoundly prophetic
significance can be ascribed to all of this. Count such as joy! Glory's hand of
protection rests on life and limb, since the Sustainer of the Universe
abides the people. For those in these regions, and beyond, know that this is but a
prelude, or appetizer, to a Holy Spirit Invasion of Resurrection and Live,
in these identified regions. Does the womb not convulse and quiver, when it's
about to birth the anticipated? Baby (Covenant and prophetic content),
contractions, not unlike earthquakes, and the womb go hand in hand, are
progressively connected and synchronized, one with the other. I Am talking about a
mighty shaking...an unfathomable onslaught of signs and wonders. Death, at
various stages, will reverse itself at the Lord's command. God and science are
synonymous. The dead and dying will quake and awaken, as well!"
So many of us, I for one, have often complained about God's response time and
remedies for respective situations and circumstances. Honestly, in your
mind, does it not appear that He is limited to two speeds..."slow and slower?"
This writer has, more often than not, thought that! Albeit, this perception,
seemingly valid, couldn't be more inaccurate!
We neither walk by sight nor feeling. Contemplate these facts. The Children
of Israel could have entered the Promised Land without hindrance or
hesitation, but they chose to have their own way...murmur and perpetually complain,
even in the midst of daily miracles, presenting as protection, provision and
impeccable guidance. Nothing lacked! Consequently, that generation failed to
realize their reward, because of obviously carnal ways.
Times and seasons are in the Lord's hands. His actions and reactions are
precise and laser-like, always have been! Every chapter and verse in the Word
bears out that fact. God never makes a mistake. In the Throne Room's effort to
hasten the good and perfect, He frequently navigates around our fleshly
messes, analogous of that man who, with his readied shovel, follows an elephant in
a parade. Keep that road clean, at any cost!
The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart earlier in the week, about this particular
issue: "Paul, Heaven yearns for the Church to venture from Point A to Point
B, absent any hesitation. Fear, doubt and unbelief position Glory's candidate
for delay, via worldly cares and the deceitfulness of influence. If the
Believer has been instructed to salute no man along the way, Heaven also
maintains that precise position. Simply do what's right...a determination instilled
and emanating from the spirit of man, and I will take care of related details.
Your God watches over His Word for performance and materialization of the
revelatory. I Am Light, a Creator Who travels at that speed, and beyond! My
burden is Light...the revelatory, dreams and visions, the prophetic."
How many Believers have encountered a speed bump or ripple in their
respective walks with Christ? The answer to that question is abundantly obvious for
most of us. At times, it appears that Murphy's Law has taken on substance and
reality. Anything that can go wrong, will. Knowing that doesn't have to be
so, according to the finished work of Christ, we continue in the Word and,
having done all to stand, the Christian hangs in there, awaiting a manifestation
of the promises. In due season, that vision no longer tarries, but manifests.
Be certain to hear this well! You were not created to be God's Job. If that
were the case, healing and remedy would have arrived months ago, since Heaven
turned that obedient servant's captivity in quick fashion, and the latter
part of his life was greater than the former. Why? Simply because Job refused to
curse the Father and prayed for his enemies. Within this suffering man's
spirit remained a Flame of Truth, Light that was clearly overcoming experiential
darkness.
Satan was given permission to challenge Job, but not touch his life and
destiny. Spiritual tension back then was unbelievably high. Christ hadn't
arrived. Neither was the adversary defeated. A constant counter-resistance mocked
all godliness. This day is a whole lot different. The enemy, having nothing in
us, has been comprehensively defeated. All he can do is bluff. The bully
remains toothless!
Glory's precious Holy Spirit resides on the inside of the Bride to enlighten
and empower. Job didn't enjoy and possess that advantage. That servant wasn't
under a new and better Covenant. We are. Contemporarily speaking, there's no
comparison in the here and now. Each Christian is more than a conqueror, as
a representative of Christ, taking over where the Savior left off,
commissioned for "greater works than these." You and I aren't handicapped, either. Once
the Bride arrives at that realization, Heaven's Glory will be visible to
all, with salvation to the uttermost materializing on every street corner.
In reality, the Church has become the righteousness of the Almighty in
Christ, bone of His bone, flesh of Glory's flesh, the Spout through Whom Heaven's
Love, Light and Life come out. We are richly flowing into a hurting world,
hungering and thirsting for reality and truth.
Without a mess, there is no message. Neither can one share an effective
testimony without a test. Give me a person with an experience any day, as opposed
to human opinions, which are like noses. Everybody has one! Again, our vital
worth to the Lord is primarily based upon experiences...ongoing decisions,
commitments, victories, pliability and its first cousin...yieldedness. Minus
those significant attributes, we resemble fraudulent physicians, having never
been to medical school, who only wear that proverbial white coat and attach a
fictitious label to their names. They are sadly ineffective and dangerous.
You and I are Ambassadors for Christ, designed, destined and commissioned for
accuracy and a direct reflection of our Sender!
Years ago, the Lord resoundingly told me that former realms of weakness and
attack were to become future areas of anointing and strength, a sound reason
for the weary to declare vitality through Christ, in line with that particular
promise. Is this not the day and hour for the Bride to call those things
which be not as though they were, until each lines up with the Word and becomes?
Additionally, former enemies are to be seen no more. Behold, our Father is
about to do a new thing!
Nothing and no one forever remains the same. With Heaven's richness raining
on the just and unjust alike, each human, having been instructed to choose
Life, continues to be exposed to choices, that Glory to Glory challenge and
opportunity. God clarifies the matter by setting before us life, death, blessing
and cursing. For those requiring a clue, He says, "Select Life!"
I'll never forget the day a well-respected pastor sat across from me,
boasting, "I don't have a care in the world and cannot recollect any real problems
and difficulties in my life, not even a speed bump. Everything seems to be
running smoothly."
Appearances supported that contention. He had a Godly wife and four seemingly
perfect blonde daughters. The children were compliant and respectful. In
spite of that, common sense told me that he was ultimately in for a reality
check and shock.
Frankly, my thoughts were rampantly entertaining a broad spectrum of
possibilities, contemplating what this writer had done to deserve his personal
trials and tribulations. Had I disturbed God to that extent? In the natural, there
wasn't a doubt. I deserved hell, concerning the only sin for which people go
there...not accepting Christ as Lord and Savior. However, that issue had
previously been addressed and remedied at age eighteen. Jesus was Number One in
Paul Gervais' walk. The Blood Covenant sealed any questionable redemption
thought. God said it. I believed, and that forever settled the matter.
The Holy Spirit was swift, in response to the pastor's presentation.
Basically, our Revelator cited the fact that we would have persecutions in this life
for the Word's sake. Why? Satan's destiny was sealed by the Word made
flesh...Jesus. Now that Great Commission and authority reside in us. Oppression
arrived, as a consequence of man selling out to Satan in the Garden of Eden,
after which the law's curse was pronounced. Christ came into this world, taking
on human form, to redeem us from sin's penalty.
Nonetheless, it's significant to know that, even though Calvary's cross and
the Master's obedience defeated hell two-thousand years ago, darkness and
iniquity are still here. But so are we, for the purpose of plundering hell and
populating Heaven. The Children, releasing captives at varied levels, are to
walk in, on and through Satan's territory.
Resistance is a necessary component of building spiritual, psychological and
physical muscles. Ask any body builder. Those weights only yield to a greater
counter-strength. Initially, there's discomfort. Without pain there can be
no gain. If you were to run the trail at Quantico's FBI Academy, you'd notice
a sign, suggesting..."Sweat here, and bleed less out there!"
It's time for us to set sail, without personal agendas or old mindsets, while
cooperating with the Wind. We are swiftly journeying to the other side of
dusk and darkness. The Son is rising. Glory follows!
"Patient Child, think it not strange concerning the fiery trials of your
faith. Are you not facing the very same opposition as I? Yet, the Master was
without sin. In fact, He walked and ministered in the center of the Father's
perfect will. No fault or guile could be found in Him. Crucified with Christ,
the Believer has also been resurrected with the Savior, and is now seated
together in Heavenly Places. Your equality with the Creator is essentially fueled
by the Blood of the Lamb, on Glory's Mercy Seat. Although not the Father in
Person, nothing is impossible to that one who has sold out and forever lives
for fellowship, intimacy and manifestation. Plainly stated, the Church isn't
to fall short, in terms of representation and manifestation. Your due season
has arrived. Would I leave you a day late or penny short? Absolutely not! When
the Redeemer left this earth, He promoted all followers, citing the fact
that greater works would be accomplished in that Name above all others. Consider
the weight lifter. His regimen, necessitating time, commitment, frequency,
discipline, effort, resistance and pain, isn't easy, but rewarding.
Nevertheless, the end result is phenomenal strength and satisfaction, visibility of
fitness. He becomes a living advertisement of effort and achievement. Body
(Church) building has been structured into your process. Any associated suffering,
or resistance, is permitted for increase. You are not God's Job, but His Son
or Daughter, marching into white fields of harvest with a better Covenant,
based upon more victorious promises. As My Living Epistle, the Christian must
personify Me in all pertaining to life and godliness. Time has been
compressed. This is that which was prophesied, not a day to drag feet and
misrepresent the Kingdom...one of Word, Power and a demonstration of the Spirit. Once
more, the Throne Room's appointed season is upon the Family. Seek Me at every
turn. Ask, and I will surely answer. Don't fear a stone for a loaf of bread.
You won't be tricked. When receiving a revelatory word through nudgings,
promptings, dreams or visions, believe what has been unveiled. Should you turn to
the left or right, there will be a Voice behind you, saying, 'No! This is the
way. Walk ye in it!' Never in history has there been such an exciting and
promising hour to be alive. We are pregnant with Glory's miraculous! Shed all
sins and weights of darkness and the world, but don't be afraid of lifting My
weight...the cross! Take it up, and recognize the anointing of every atom and
fiber. The steps of a righteous man are ordained of the Lord. That cross is
literally like a compass. Aside from guiding the Carrier, it will initiate a
gentle, yet definitive pull, which can only be discerned through complete
surrender and a willingness to follow. Muscles will increase in both size and
intensity. When flexed, hell will fly in all directions, like an explosion, as
the Word is fully preached through mighty signs, wonders and miracles. Even
the dead won't be able to resist this draw!"

The Holy Spirit spoke to me, years ago, in an Orange County mausoleum, of all
places, prior to that Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Gold Manifestation,
witnessed by millions. This is what He had to say: "Southern California has
been deemed 'Ground Zero' for this Ministry. Your journey will be
far-reaching, to the far corners of the earth. However, focus must remain on this
region...Greater Los Angeles. I have richly anointed and called you to take My
Word and Heaven's miraculous to where Glory's Light is dim and the Father's
Voice is seemingly silent."
Additionally, the Lord has entrusted this work with the hearts of many
precious souls, from prisoners to the extremely well known in the arts. Heaven
possesses unbelievable Supernatural plans for each. We must be faithful to that
call, deliver those messages, and become dutiful servants.

Within days and hours of those revelatory pronouncements, the unveiled was

The Church is living in a Season of Suddenlies. She must ready Herself to
move with Glory's shifting Breeze, a stirring, exponentially gaining momentum
and potency from the Mercy Seat. A quick work is being accomplished for the
Kingdom!

will plunder hell and populate Heaven. Never forget, when your sole purpose
in life is practicing His Presence, all else will be taken care of!
God often grants a destiny dream that natural man immediately rejects. Only
spirit can comprehend Spirit. Nevertheless, in this downloading process, a
gift of faith arises, for the express purpose of underscoring, validating,
gestating and birthing the previously unthinkable and impossible. We are there
now. Let's move into that newness with all vigor!
I want to sincerely and gratefully thank those who have sown precious seed
into this Ministry of the Miraculous. Our outreach is fertile ground. You have
approached the Lord with a gift. Your reward will be equal to mine. In plain
terms, partnership is a committed process of locking arms. Prayers and
financial sacrifices have never gone unnoticed in God's Kingdom. Both allow me to
take the Father's Word, signs and wonders to hurting people, those whose lives
and eternal destinies depend upon this synergy. Without question, scores are
on their way to Heaven, have been healed, thereby avoiding an early grave,
because of Him and you. Thanks for that! Together, in total obedience, let's
conduit Glory's Electricity, a creative presentation of God's love, to the
four corners of this world. No gift is too small or big. He'll anoint every sown
seed. In the meantime, expect Heaven to invade your life with Love Letters
and a rich display of Covenant!
