"He that spared not his own Son, but delivereth him up for us all, how shall he not with him also give us all things (pertaining to life and godliness...healing, health, prosperity, renewal of youth, favor, empowerment, the Mind of Christ)? Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?" Romans 8:32-35

I often reflect upon a perpetually underscored revelation that the Holy Spirit has shared with me over the years, relative to His Church and the Father's planned outpouring. The very anticipation of God's infusion brings tremendous excitement and hope to my soul, adding a spring to every step.

This is what He had to say: "Paul, the hour is fast approaching, when the Glory of Heaven will be poured out upon all flesh...the just and unjust alike. No one will be able to escape this marvelous influence of Love, Light and Life. Its impact, which has already begun invading the world, can be described as nothing short of an unprecedented, unparalleled and phenomenal delivery of the Throne Room's contents, while Heaven and earth, positioned in a yet-to-be comprehended proximity, embrace and interact! The highways, byways, marketplaces, nooks and crannies, including Medical Centers, cemeteries and funeral homes, those seemingly entrenched locales of darkness and despair, remain major focal points of soul-winning manifestations. Previously unknown men, women and children have been ordained and anointed to be at the forefront of this long-awaited movement. Intimacy with the Father, accompanied by astute sensitivity, is paramount to both effectiveness and success in fulfilling Covenant and Commission, since Jesus must first arrive in Presence, and then in Person!"

I cannot possibly overemphasize the importance of being instant in and out of season. Each of us has a Spiritual Pager, with a fully charged Battery...empowered by the Third Person of the Trinity, and backed by the very Blood of the Lamb on the Mercy Seat in the Heavenly Holy of Holies. That Blood has a Voice. Cain learned this truth the hard way, after slaying his precious brother, Abel.

"Cain, where's your brother? His blood...that Life Force, cries out to Me from the ground!"

That became a precursor of what was to transpire on Calvary's Cross, the day of Christ's crucifixion. True life is never lost, no matter where it might be dispensed, displaced or dispersed. Energy falls into the same category. Both may assume another form, but are still present and active. Additionally, that applies to the human spirit and soul, both of which remain eternal.

The Most High accepted no excuses for Abel's murder. In essence, Cain was hoping that Heaven might buy into any other plausible explanation, from not being at the scene, to total denial. Nevertheless, Abel's blood pled for recognition and justice. That's occurring today, on our behalf, because of the ultimate sacrifice, two-thousand years ago.

How so? Calvary's spillage placed a permanent claim on this planet, permitting the Bride to move forward, thus giving substance to the Great Commission, Matthew 10:8, that of preaching the Gospel to every living creature, healing the sick, casting out devils, and raising the dead. Nothing short of laying down one's life, and triggering the miraculous, could appropriately and accurately represent the finished work of Christ, and heart of the Father. Through the Savior's obedience unto death and ultimate resurrection, the record will finally be set straight before all nations, concerning the nature and essence of a loving Dad. Again, that Blood still speaks to us today, in fact, moment by moment, if we'll only listen.

About a year ago, Daughter Kelly's massage therapy instructor/mentor was seemingly dying. The gentleman took on the form of a skeleton. He had been to numerous Medical Centers, including Inland Hospital. Physicians were baffled, and never could render a diagnosis. Every imaginable test was utilized, in an effort to save this emaciated person's life and livelihood.

Our family was dining at John Martin's Manor, here in Maine, awaiting Kelly's arrival. She had felt a burden to visit her friend, who could barely walk. Ground was being lost by the moment.

While the story was related, I experienced an overwhelming sadness and compassion for this professional, who was a complete stranger to me. Again, we had never met. In fact, my head literally dropped, as the Lord disclosed his physical and emotional level of suffering. I couldn't bring myself to eat. By then, Kelly arrived at the restaurant. I was proud of the fact that she had honored a leading to defer dinner and minister instead. Her friend's burden and condition were visibly taking a heavy toll on her.

Suddenly, very suddenly, the Holy Spirit ever so clearly spoke to my heart..."Pray over that paper napkin, and have Kelly deliver it to her instructor."

Kelly called him from the restaurant. His response was, "Sure, come over!" He gladly received the folded napkin, declaring, "I will keep this in my pocket."

Healing commenced immediately. This week, we received word that he has absolutely no trace of the malady, with all weight regained, and a clean bill of health! Doctors admitted that they couldn't take credit for this one.

God isn't looking for golden or silver vessels, but yielded ones. I wonder what we really and truly miss by not heeding those inner nudgings and promptings? In Kelly's mentor's case, healing didn't come from a napkin, but an anointing, backed by love, compassion and sensitivity, the law of contact and transmission. Hearing will always be a trigger for the miraculous, since faith shows up in such an environment.

The Standby has more to say about the importance of rapid response, or what some would deem as "reaction time." Let's attend to His words!

"Chosen One, consider the Children of Israel! They were not called upon to do a whole lot beyond obeying. Were they not protected and kept, fed, favored and led? Would I, under a new and better Covenant, fail to provide in the realms of life and godliness? Know this! The Blood of your Savior speaks forth goodness, mercy, blessing, identity and destiny, even when sleep enters your day. Bring all thoughts into captivity, and take no projection or suggestion from the enemy. Remember, Heaven uses neither shame nor guilt in directing its Army. Nothing flows from the Throne but remedies, solutions, cures, signs, wonders and the miraculous. Faith-filled words dominate the law of sin and death. Fear is hell's effort to smokescreen and sidetrack Believers from the good and perfect. Nothing can separate the Beloved from the love of God, found in Christ! Ponder the components of that love. Healing, health, prosperity, fulfillment of dreams, visions and revelations comprise Glory's heart. Again, the Holy Spirit, that One sent by the Redeemer to represent the mind and heart of an Omnipotent Dad, cannot and won't sin in accomplishing your promotion, best described as a Glory to Glory process. The old has passed away. All has become new. The Blood declares that so. Oh, how I long for you to be quickened by the fact that Satan is trespassing in his pseudo-illusion of dominion. All Power and authority has been granted the Family, without shortage or reservation. Hear this well! Many are only a single revelation away from their miracle. Picture the Word as the very foundation on which you stand, move and have your being, the only Manual that supports all said and done in that Name above all others. That revelation within the Church is far greater than distorted fears and the contrariness of the adversary's ploys. You are to live from the inside out, and not be waylaid by prior conditioning or memories of old. A newness has been launched from the Secret Place, incorporating an invigoration of spirit, soul and body, epiphanies that literally obliterate those bullies of yesteryear. Once more, the Children of Israel can be used as an example of the intensity, faithfulness and seasonal responsiveness, inherent within the Contract, that pathway of recovery and discovery. In the days ahead, darkness will present magicians and sorcerers who will astound their audiences. You see, I Am permitting Our foe first move at the chessboard. Parlor tricks cannot hold a candle to what lies ahead within the Cloud. Notice how hell's so-called magic falls short of glorifying the Savior. Not once has a sorcerer preached the Gospel, healed the sick, cast out devils, or raised the dead. Those exploits can only be conduited through Blood-bought, infused and sent Vessels of Honor. Nothing will win the lost more quickly than when the Word becomes flesh and dwells in the midst of nations, hungering and thirsting for righteousness, reality, and the Lord's goodness. Don't even think of giving up! We are right on track. You're just fine. The sin issue is forever settled. Now, walk in the integrity and certainty of your call, a gifting of which I will never repent!"
