The Word Fulfilled!
When the Lord turned again the captivity of Zion (Church...Body of Christ),
we were like them that dream. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and
our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen (world), The Lord
hath done great things for them. The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof
we are glad. Turn again our captivity, O Lord, as the streams in the south.

Be still for a moment. Shut off all thoughts, and listen to that still,
small Voice on the inside. In so doing, anticipate revelatory fellowship with the
Father, a time when the previously unknown will be revealed. In this day and
hour, a keen expectancy can be discerned within the Believer's heart, that
realm of Heaven's unseen, where the tangible and palpable originate. Dad is
mandating the Bride to operate from that Zone of certainty, as She is propelled
into the darkest of regions, for the greatest of manifestations.
This isn't unlike that proverbial lull before a storm. A new Breeze is
poised to blow. God has been preparing strategic regions, in which to begin this
Outpouring. Washington, D. C., and Florida are but two. Both have not been
without their challenges. Like men on a chessboard, God has strategically placed
his leaders, for such a time as this.
Let's look at some of Heaven's enlightening prophetic words, afforded four
years ago, thus setting the stage for the furtherance of Heaven's Plan. In so
doing, the reader will be comforted in knowing Who's in charge and calling
the shots.
Florida

There is something special about Florida. While contemplating God's plan in
my hotel room here, the atmosphere seems pregnant with an expectancy that can
only come from above. In the next few days, Heaven will vitally touch earth
in this place. We must not be fearful of hearing and obeying the Lord's
command. Out of His heart will proceed the unpredictable and previously impossible.
The Glory Cloud is moving. Having placed hand to plow, one can never look
back, since the past holds no future. All is becoming new!
"Milton S. Hershey...Dreamer-Builder" were the words affixed to a wall at
Founder's Hall in Hershey, Pennsylvania. For some reason, they really impacted
my heart. Contemplating the endeavors and subsequent success of that man who
had a praying mother, fully dedicated to her Lord, I became convinced, years
ago, that we, too, could hear the same Voice that has directed scores to
supernatural victory and prosperity in all departments. God is no respecter of
persons, but loves His Kids equally, remaining fully dedicated to make us shine
with the Glory. Covenant-mindedness is paramount, however, if we are to enjoy
all He has in store for the Youngsters.
There is no doubt about the matter. In each yielded life, Daddy's best is on
its way. Everything begins with a word from the Throne Room, just as at the
beginning of creation. Desires always lead to destiny, since the Father works
in us both to will and do of His good pleasure. Dreams and visions have
always been God's language. Both (dreams and visions) are inherent within the soul
(mind, intellect, will, emotions) of each Child. The soul's enemy is limited
to attacking one's thought life, in hopes of persuading recipients to buy
into his lies and utilize the creative power of the tongue to promote
negativity, as well as birth Satan's plan. And to think, we are in a favored position
over our former counterparts in the Old Testament, since there is no longer
an external orientation when dealing with or hearing from God. Heaven doesn't
have to speak to us from without, since the Holy Spirit richly resides on the
inside to impart exact knowledge and truth. Also, the Christian's new and
better Covenant, based upon greater promises, guarantees effectiveness, success
and victory. Everything within reach of that hand must prosper, be it a
fevered brow, deceased body, finances, ministries or demon oppressed lives.
Salvation to the uttermost is what we posses in Him, including healing, health,
prosperity, favor, Divine protection against natural and supernatural
circumstances, an "always having" posture.
The Church has lived way beneath Her Blood-bought rights and privileges for
far too long. Let's go on to dreams, visions, revelations, exact knowledge.
Why not? You and I have the very Mind of Christ!
It's time to trust that wonderful excitement you've experienced before, while
permitting the Wind of His Spirit to blow off dust of discouragement,
despair and unbelief that have built up over the years. Regardless of previous
attacks meant to dissuade us from Papa's highest, the Bride must stand, resist
the devil and move forward with the Cloud, which will never remain still again.
That's right! So much will be transpiring in upcoming days. Prepare to be
beside yourself with the miraculous. Trust not in oppression, since we are to
be far from it in the Glory!

"Beloved, even though there is tremendous warfare going on in the Heavenlies
over that state in which I have chosen to move mightily, the gates of hell
cannot prevail, even remotely. Like a flood, the Spirit continues raising up a
standard in these vital days. As a result of Satan's negativity, eyes have
been blinded, a desensitization process not unlike boiling the proverbial frog
in slowly warmed water. Flesh and blood have been wrestling, a virtual waste
of time. An apathetic atmosphere exists in various locations. Regardless,
have I not promised never to be hindered again? Where sin abounds, Grace much
more gains ascendency. Hear these words. Salute no man along the way, including
the media, polls and opinions of others. Neither permit fear to dominate.
For My promises are certain. And everything is under control. A special
contingency of warring angels has been dispatched from the Throne Room to deal with
matters contrary to the plan. Much hangs in the balance. So, I have chosen to
inundate Florida with a Floodtide of Glory. In addition, ministries of
revelation and Power have been raised up to be gapstanders, calling those things
which be not as though they were, until each becomes. With the natural eye, th
e battle appears to be against political parties...flesh and blood. However,
it goes far beyond what can be perceived by the senses. This warfare is over
souls! And I am shaking and awakening a sleeping nation that will arise as a
giant for the Kingdom. During the crucifixion, gross darkness fell across the
land. Then the third day dawned! Light and Life, yes...Resurrection, came
out of that tomb. What was the enemy's consequence? That boy shot himself in
both feet...eternally sealing his fate. He always overplays his hand, which is
a losing one. Such will be the case in this state (Florida), upon which the
Father's arm remains heavy. Simply walk in love, knowing your full identity in
Christ, that you are on this planet for such a time as this. There are no
problems from My vantage point, only solutions. The Blood not only covers the
present dilemma, but the Church, as well. All initiated at the General's
command will prosper. Cheer up! We win!"
The Constitution!
"Aside from the Word, never has there been such a pristine document as the
Constitution of the United States. Understand, it is Unctioned and protected by
the Glory. As with the Ark of the Covenant, no man will be able to touch
Heaven's mandate without encountering Me, the Author and Finisher of
faith...revealed truth. We are dealing with a two-edged sword here, one that yields
Life to the sinner and death in regions that are contrary. There is an attempt
to modify and nullify that which was established when I moved upon the
Founding Fathers of this land. Neither can that work. As they affixed their
signatures to paper, the very gates of hell trembled, since its contents took on the
Life and intent of its Creator...love, freedom, protection, provision. Fear
not! I have a People, yes...even a Remnant, who will not bend their knees to
other gods. Tongues, burdened to birth God's dream, are a flaming fire
throughout this nation, particularly Florida, overcoming evil with good...first in
the unseen realm, then the seen. Soldiers of victory have also been called to
duty. They, too, have received instructions to obliterate darkness. Florida,
the eyes of this world are upon you. Nevertheless, the present is nothing
compared to what I am about to accomplish in your midst...calling, restoring,
invigorating ministries of Power and revelation. The Cloud is forming. You have
previously been limited to a foretaste. Prepare for the entire meal! Scores
of souls hang in the balance. The net is poised to be cast on the other side
of Our boat, where the big fish reside. The election frenzy is simply a
smokescreen. Take no thought. Captivity must be reversed! I am the Lord of all
flesh. Is there anything too difficult for me? We will never be stopped in this
Glory to Glory process!"

A special Presence hovers over the Capitol, as destiny moves forward for
President Bush, this nation, the Church and Her Body. Conjointly, angels, poised
to do great business for the Kingdom, appear to outnumber people. Dispatched
to Florida, then Washington, they are well equipped to proceed ahead in all
directions for the purpose of saving souls, promoting Covenant and encouraging
humanity. An expectancy can be discerned in the air, not unlike that
proverbial breeze in the mulberry trees.
Without question, this Presidency prophetically marks a change in so many
dimensions, both seen and unseen. A shifting in the Heavenlies is birthing
dreams and visions, the exciting and new. Momentum continues to gain intensity
while God prepares this world for the miraculous, His Glory Cloud of reference,
deliverance and identity.
Since man's fall, all creation has been awaiting what has begun arriving this
day...a manifestation of the Sons and Daughters, that setting free process.
I ponder the previously mentioned, contemporarily prophetic Scriptures about
a burning (Bush) bush. There abides a rich Unction on those who have been
called and ignited with Fire from the womb to stand in the gap for this nation.
Since arriving in Washington, the Holy Spirit has been clearly imparting word
after word in my spirit...love, compassion, Power, wisdom, restoration,
reconciliation, healing, deliverance, newness of mind and much more. Everything
that occupies space perpetually cries out for a vital reversal of the curse,
an impregnation and manifestation of the Almighty's burning Presence.
Toward that end, Jesus surrendered all. Through the Kids, an active
demonstration of the Word will bring Heaven's plan to earth. God's hour has arrived
for the Great Giant (Church) to come alive during this proverbial third day.
Resurrection morning is here, and the Army has begun responding to their
marching orders, according to Matthew 10:8..."Preach the Gospel. Heal the Sick.
Cast out devils. Bring the dead back to life. Freely the Youngsters have
received (Power). Liberally they are to dispense in like-fashion."
Nothing can ever stop the Lord again. Jealously, unbelief, contrary tongues,
prison doors, traditions and religions of men are mere vapor before living
words emanating through yielded, anointed lips. There are no failures when He
orchestrates strategy. You may well have questioned leadings, nudgings and
promptings of the past. Cease doing that! What has been heard in the Throne Zone
is trustworthy and must be embraced, as angelic forces hearken unto the
Voice of His Word in the Believer! Then, the hand of the Lord will surely move,
confirming that confessed revelation with signs following. Intimacy,
revelation, articulation and manifestation are identified as Heaven's Delivery System.
Never forget that fact!
The Burning Bush!
"Does not the Word clearly declare, 'I shall raise up and pull down leaders?'
Beyond that, the government of nations is upon these shoulders. Even though
the gates of hell offered their best shot against Heaven's plan, they could
not be successful. Before George W. Bush was elected, he was selected through
a vision and forming. You need to know more about Me, Brave One. I am a God
of both detail and design. As Author and Finisher (Finish Carpenter) of your
faith, the Almighty begins with nothing and creates the awesome...beauty for
ashes. At this moment, I am in the process of decorating, ironing out spots
and wrinkles, putting the final (finishing) touches on everything pertaining to
life and godliness, Our Covenant. Notice, from this point on, the enemy will
visibly be losing more battles, big and small, yes...a greater number than
ever before, in your life, ministry and nation. Just as there's the manward
side to those promises, a Godward responsibility also exists. Look for a
proliferation of answers, as the breach is repaired between humanity and the Lover
of souls. Of top priority is an establishment of trust, a knowing that full
confidence can be placed in the Book. God's Word is His will. Now, let me tell
you something about your President. I personally formed and anointed him
within the womb to be a servant and Heaven's Conduit. He's a no-nonsense, yet
compassionate Vessel of Honor, maintaining a heart for the hurting, lonely, and
unloved. Look for a conduiting of the Spirit's fruit, which will make way
for the General's hand to move with signs, wonders and miracles. You will
additionally notice that My Child...George, will not be a leader who solutes men
along the way. He refuses to be a respecter of persons! The man possesses My
heart and mind. Neither can there exist a determination to know others after
the flesh. As he moves forward into destiny, his Light will increasingly
shine, displayed in various forms...desires, determination, actions, decisions and
results. Look for much to line up with that which has been written. And, for
the record, I have also selected John Ashcroft to sit in a place of
strategic authority for My purpose. His heart beats for Me, as well. Fulfillment of
prophecy will be on a grand scale in the next four years. I have personally
anointed President Bush to be sensitive in matters of Kingdom and Covenant.
Again, within that Vessel is Dad's compassion and love of people. Once more,
emphasis is placed on a single descriptor...Servant! A special contingency of
angels has been assigned to protect and guide. In all history, there has never
been a more important Presidency or time, since so much hangs in the balance.
He has been granted a hunger for souls. As Mr. Bush, guided by My Word and
hand, moves straight forward, look for a literal glowing of his countenance.
Much will transpire rapidly, while rivers of Living Water flow forth from 1600
Pennsylvania Avenue!"
A Shifting!
"Have you not read about those days when I was confined to a box, the Ark of
the Covenant, and one specific location...the Holy of Holies? Well, times
have changed! That containment ended when the Savior exclaimed, 'It is
finished!' Never will the Most High be imprisoned in any one location, particularly
that which has been formed by man. My place of residency is with the Family.
And in these days of the Spirit, I fully intend to transfer a revelation of Who
the Children really are in Me. The Wind has shifted, as of this Inauguration
Day. And in that change resides a sureness of destiny. Power over sin and
its byproducts is inherent in this unique movement, a convincing that sickness
and death have no more right in bodies than sin to souls. Instead of
excusing, explaining away the enemy's wiles and devices as My will for this world,
the Gospel of (full) Salvation will be fully preached and backed by Glory's
Dynamite, explosions of Life and the miraculous."
Be Bold!
"Beloved, the Holy Spirit is your connection to the Throne. He has been sent
to take the things of Mine and reveal them unto you. Beyond that, a boldness
accompanies the spoken and accomplished through that Name, which is above all
others. Just as evil will be overcome by good, intimidation and fears from
the past are bending their knees to the excellency of that Power in the
Church. Command ye Me! I am positioned to richly materialize dreams, visions,
revelations, yes...even those very thoughts. What was once deemed dead and buried
is about to exit that tomb of weakness, challenge, ridicule, doubt and
unbelief. So often, by reason of time, many dissociate from calls, ministries,
gaps and assignments, believing imparted stirrings and yearnings are not of God.
To the contrary, when motivation envisions winning of souls, relieving
suffering and glorifying the Creator, one has well heard. Walk not by sight or
fright! Fix those eyes upon the Author and Finisher of faith. Moment by moment,
expect to receive orders and enlightenment. Fellowship the Lover of Souls as
never before. Let's date! Nothing is too silly when it comes to spending more
seasons together. Oh, the rewards and results of that influence cannot be
overstated! You are being taught to envision from two directions, or vantage
points...horizontally and vertically, the latter being more significant. My
Spirit works twenty-four hours a day in facilitating the transition and
transformation of each Christian. Glory to Glory means just that...going from one
level of understanding (learning) and empowerment to another. Life never ceases
to increase and overflow, as death to self continues. In fact, death will
manifest Resurrection Power that cannot fail in any situation. As with the
Apostle Paul, I have called you to be independent of circumstances. Nothing will
be impossible to us! In the days ahead, more smiles are planned for faces of
the oppressed. Didn't I invent that very expression?"

directions for the purpose of saving souls, promoting Covenant and encouraging
humanity. An expectancy can be discerned in the air, not unlike that
proverbial breeze in the mulberry trees.
Without question, this Presidency prophetically marks a change in so many
dimensions, both seen and unseen. A shifting in the Heavenlies is birthing
dreams and visions, the exciting and new. Momentum continues to gain intensity
while God prepares this world for the miraculous, His Glory Cloud of reference,
deliverance and identity.
Since man's fall, all creation has been awaiting what has begun arriving this
day...a manifestation of the Sons and Daughters, that setting free process.
I ponder the previously mentioned, contemporarily prophetic Scriptures about
a burning (Bush) bush. There abides a rich Unction on those who have been
called and ignited with Fire from the womb to stand in the gap for this nation.
Since arriving in Washington, the Holy Spirit has been clearly imparting word
after word in my spirit...love, compassion, Power, wisdom, restoration,
reconciliation, healing, deliverance, newness of mind and much more. Everything
that occupies space perpetually cries out for a vital reversal of the curse,
an impregnation and manifestation of the Almighty's burning Presence.
Toward that end, Jesus surrendered all. Through the Kids, an active
demonstration of the Word will bring Heaven's plan to earth. God's hour has arrived
for the Great Giant (Church) to come alive during this proverbial third day.
Resurrection morning is here, and the Army has begun responding to their
marching orders, according to Matthew 10:8..."Preach the Gospel. Heal the Sick.
Cast out devils. Bring the dead back to life. Freely the Youngsters have
received (Power). Liberally they are to dispense in like-fashion."
Nothing can ever stop the Lord again. Jealously, unbelief, contrary tongues,
prison doors, traditions and religions of men are mere vapor before living
words emanating through yielded, anointed lips. There are no failures when He
orchestrates strategy. You may well have questioned leadings, nudgings and
promptings of the past. Cease doing that! What has been heard in the Throne Zone
is trustworthy and must be embraced, as angelic forces hearken unto the
Voice of His Word in the Believer! Then, the hand of the Lord will surely move,
confirming that confessed revelation with signs following. Intimacy,
revelation, articulation and manifestation are identified as Heaven's Delivery System.
Never forget that fact!
"Does not the Word clearly declare, 'I shall raise up and pull down leaders?'
Beyond that, the government of nations is upon these shoulders. Even though
the gates of hell offered their best shot against Heaven's plan, they could
not be successful. Before George W. Bush was elected, he was selected through
a vision and forming. You need to know more about Me, Brave One. I am a God
of both detail and design. As Author and Finisher (Finish Carpenter) of your
faith, the Almighty begins with nothing and creates the awesome...beauty for
ashes. At this moment, I am in the process of decorating, ironing out spots
and wrinkles, putting the final (finishing) touches on everything pertaining to
life and godliness, Our Covenant. Notice, from this point on, the enemy will
visibly be losing more battles, big and small, yes...a greater number than
ever before, in your life, ministry and nation. Just as there's the manward
side to those promises, a Godward responsibility also exists. Look for a
proliferation of answers, as the breach is repaired between humanity and the Lover
of souls. Of top priority is an establishment of trust, a knowing that full
confidence can be placed in the Book. God's Word is His will. Now, let me tell
you something about your President. I personally formed and anointed him
within the womb to be a servant and Heaven's Conduit. He's a no-nonsense, yet
compassionate Vessel of Honor, maintaining a heart for the hurting, lonely, and
unloved. Look for a conduiting of the Spirit's fruit, which will make way
for the General's hand to move with signs, wonders and miracles. You will
additionally notice that My Child...George, will not be a leader who solutes men
along the way. He refuses to be a respecter of persons! The man possesses My
heart and mind. Neither can there exist a determination to know others after
the flesh. As he moves forward into destiny, his Light will increasingly
shine, displayed in various forms...desires, determination, actions, decisions and
results. Look for much to line up with that which has been written. And, for
the record, I have also selected John Ashcroft to sit in a place of
strategic authority for My purpose. His heart beats for Me, as well. Fulfillment of
prophecy will be on a grand scale in the next four years. I have personally
anointed President Bush to be sensitive in matters of Kingdom and Covenant.
Again, within that Vessel is Dad's compassion and love of people. Once more,
emphasis is placed on a single descriptor...Servant! A special contingency of
angels has been assigned to protect and guide. In all history, there has never
been a more important Presidency or time, since so much hangs in the balance.
He has been granted a hunger for souls. As Mr. Bush, guided by My Word and
hand, moves straight forward, look for a literal glowing of his countenance.
Much will transpire rapidly, while rivers of Living Water flow forth from 1600
Pennsylvania Avenue!"
"Have you not read about those days when I was confined to a box, the Ark of
the Covenant, and one specific location...the Holy of Holies? Well, times
have changed! That containment ended when the Savior exclaimed, 'It is
finished!' Never will the Most High be imprisoned in any one location, particularly

And in these days of the Spirit, I fully intend to transfer a revelation of Who
the Children really are in Me. The Wind has shifted, as of this Inauguration

and death have no more right in bodies than sin to souls. Instead of
excusing, explaining away the enemy's wiles and devices as My will for this world,
the Gospel of (full) Salvation will be fully preached and backed by Glory's
Dynamite, explosions of Life and the miraculous."
"Beloved, the Holy Spirit is your connection to the Throne. He has been sent
to take the things of Mine and reveal them unto you. Beyond that, a boldness
accompanies the spoken and accomplished through that Name, which is above all
others. Just as evil will be overcome by good, intimidation and fears from
the past are bending their knees to the excellency of that Power in the
Church. Command ye Me! I am positioned to richly materialize dreams, visions,
revelations, yes...even those very thoughts. What was once deemed dead and buried
is about to exit that tomb of weakness, challenge, ridicule, doubt and
unbelief. So often, by reason of time, many dissociate from calls, ministries,
gaps and assignments, believing imparted stirrings and yearnings are not of God.
To the contrary, when motivation envisions winning of souls, relieving
suffering and glorifying the Creator, one has well heard. Walk not by sight or
fright! Fix those eyes upon the Author and Finisher of faith. Moment by moment,
expect to receive orders and enlightenment. Fellowship the Lover of Souls as
never before. Let's date! Nothing is too silly when it comes to spending more
seasons together. Oh, the rewards and results of that influence cannot be
overstated! You are being taught to envision from two directions, or vantage
points...horizontally and vertically, the latter being more significant. My
Spirit works twenty-four hours a day in facilitating the transition and
transformation of each Christian. Glory to Glory means just that...going from one
level of understanding (learning) and empowerment to another. Life never ceases
to increase and overflow, as death to self continues. In fact, death will
manifest Resurrection Power that cannot fail in any situation. As with the
Apostle Paul, I have called you to be independent of circumstances. Nothing will
be impossible to us! In the days ahead, more smiles are planned for faces of
the oppressed. Didn't I invent that very expression?"
