Protect The Anointing!
"But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and all of you know the truth."
1 John 2:20
"You know what has happened throughout Judea, beginning in Galilee after the
baptism that John preached...how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy
Spirit and power, and how he went about doing good and healing all who were
under the power of the devil, because God was with him." Acts 10:37-38
"But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing
power is from God and not from us." 2 Corinthians 4:7
I once was treated to a showing of the Hope Diamond. These hands have touched
rocks and other artifacts from the lunar surface. Being in the presence of,
and befriending, world leaders and movie stars has also been a part of my life.
With some, a sense of awe would occasionally overwhelm me, only to be
replaced, over time, by thoughts and a knowledge that something, or Someone, more
awesome and greater existed out there, a Person and experience that wouldn't
disappoint or diminish.
Without question, the Holy Spirit was doing His mandated job of revealing
truth, pointing me to the One Who precisely knows how to blow people's socks off
with an unmatchable Splendor that can solely originate and emanate from the
Throne Room, a place in the Fifth Dimension where the unseen resides and is
gestated, via the very heart of God.
A discovery has been made in my walk. Nothing in this world, or beyond, is
more precious than the Anointing, being in Dad's company, practicing His
Presence, if you will. In God's realm are true identity, empowerment, fulness of joy,
peace, prosperity, health, destiny, dreams, visions, the ability to manifest
the previously impossible. It's absolutely amazing! When a Believer spends
with the Lord, the greater and more increasingly prolific will be Heaven's
unveilings of the innumerable facets of the Father's attributes, personality and
nature.
Inherent within the Covenant is a Glory to Glory process for spirit, soul,
body and circumstances. Full sufficiency...everything pertaining to life and
godliness, is promised.
While venturing into the previously unknown, a discovery is made. You and I
are exposed to new ways of thinking and acting. We find ourselves operating
from a different plateau, one that extracts from the Word and Spirit-realm, a
location of being independent and in control of circumstances, calling those
things which be not as though they were, until each becomes. Compassion
immediately gains our attention, as the Glory, conduited through Yielded Vessels, is
drawn to pain of all sorts. Deliverance takes center stage and remains the
Bride's focus.
The Church, not unlike an Emergency Room doctor, operates in terms of
diagnosis, treatment and remedy, not judgment, with an express goal of expedient
deliverance. There, indeed, is a separation of person from condition. Decisions
are made, based on the rights and welfare of the patient. Nothing detrimental is
included in the plan, only goodness and mercy.
That must be the Christian's utmost priority in fulfilling the Great
Commission. The only judgment to be rendered in one of discernment and determining
God's perfect will in any given situation, while incorporating a posture of
knowing our rights and privileges in the Contract. Never are we to hurt another
individual. The Anointing breaks yokes and reverses captivity, ongoingly
articulates the Power behind Jesus' shed Blood.
Think about this fact. As Christ's Life Force (Blood) flowed down that cross
to a cursed earth, what did the Master say about his accusers and
executioners? "Father, forgive them. They know not what they're doing!"
Was the Savior verbally beating them up at that point? No! Jesus realized,
nothing short of the Holy Spirit and His Anointing could afford the necessary
"inner knowing," or gift of faith, needed to appreciate and understand Heaven's
greatest Gift. Those men, women and children didn't know Who was in their
midst. We have an advantage as Heaven's Children, a gift of Divine insight and
vision. In light of that, it's so important that we not cross the line and assume
the Revelator's responsibilities. The Church is to love, serve and freely
give, or conduit, truth and Resurrection Power.
Never forget this major point, which was revealed to me earlier in the week.
"When a person's past becomes greater than his present, along with the
Anointing (Light) therein, and future vision, the enemy is given place to torment and
promote a sense of defeat and despair, both of which result in depression and
anxiety, since there's no Plan B in My Book. Seeking a blueprint without
substance will always leave one empty and confused. For most, former days are
naturally more real, since they've 'been there and done that.' The future and its
destiny require intimacy and transparency, where Dad's heart can be revealed.
Walking by faith in that 'unseen zone' is part of our journey, leading to the
Word becoming flesh and taking on tangibility for all to witness. That is
where the Chosen become a Living Epistle, known and read of all men. Man cannot
really live by physical bread alone, but by every revelation that proceeds from
the mouth of God. In plain terms, the invisible is to take on greater
significance than anything appealing to the senses. What you perceive on the inside
will ultimately enjoy a birthing and become palpable."
Yieldedness to that still, small Voice, those nudgings and promptings, will
continually increase and enhance the Anointing. There is a drawing nigh unto
God, as we honor Him with our fellowship and obedient response. No good thing
can be withheld, when that posture is maintained.
Let's offer the Standby an eager ear, as He further enlightens us with
Glory's intent!
Treasure's Excellency!
"Reliant Child, you have a rich Treasure within, One which was meticulously
placed there at the New Birth, that initial moment a quality choice was made to
yield, in direct response to the Holy Spirit's unveiling of Salvation's Plan,
My Way to Heaven, since no man can come to the Father, without the Presence
of the Almighty's Power Agent. Always remember, His task is to glorify the
Risen Christ. Nothing is more important to Him than the winning of a lost soul.
All accomplished, by way of the excellency of that inherent Empowerment, must
translate into blessing humanity, never tearing down, but building up, saving
the lost, healing the sick, raising the dead, and prospering the poor. Every
good and perfect gift comes from above. Whatever fails to fall into that category
of goodness and mercy can never be of Me. Jesus came to grant the abundant
life. How can the Anointing be protected? Are you prepared for Glory's response?
The answer is multifaceted. Walking in obedience and love is the foundation,
while saluting no man along the way, refusing to be intimidated by fear and
its components...pride, jealously, an inflated self-image, fabrications, strife,
hesitancy, conferring with flesh and blood, old mindsets and past
experiences. In Our Glory to Glory walk, weights and sins of the past are to be laid
aside. There is a miraculous race to run! A knowledge of the fact that the 'old'
has passed away, and all is in the process of becoming new, remains vital.
Righteousness consciousness must replace haunting thoughts of sin and failure,
since you are now a new creation in Christ, championing that great exchange,
resulting from the completed work of that One Who surrendered all and paid the
highest of prices. Precious Soldier, stay in the Word. Know who you are. Don't be
fooled, or swayed, by the boring trappings of this world. So much hangs in
the balance. You will think and act as I, yes, and even part seas and walk on
water, figuratively and literally, since nothing will be impossible. Picture
Dad's hand on your shoulder. Beyond that, you reside with Me in the Secret Place.
Additionally, the Life of the Vine flows in, and through, the Branches...you!
Consequently, what I possess is yours, Joint-Heir. So, the slats have been
kicked out of the box. Never again will We be limited, in terms of vision and
Power. All things are possible. Trust what's been imparted by the Holy One. It
will be, even as those promises have been revealed, since the Performer of the
Word is faithful!"
