The Fulfillment!

Isn't it comforting to realize that the times and seasons are in the Lord's
hands? Our job is to hear from Heaven, speak forth, gestate promises...those
dreams, visions and other revelations, until the Word takes on tangibility,
becomes flesh and dwells among us.
Over the past few years, the Holy Spirit has prophetically accorded this
writer considerable information on what the Father has in store for His precious
people in Iraq. It all began, well over two years ago, with a dream of war, the
horizon being lit up by physical explosions, after which there arose another
Glow, that of God's Glory!
Why did President Bush and the United States, along with her allies, get
involved in this liberating, restorative process? The answer is clear. Our
anointed leader heard from the Throne Room. Never was the war about politics, but
people.
After Saddam Hussein was recently captured and arrested. The Revelator
instructed me to venture back into the Ministry's Archives and resurrect those
documented prophecies. Let's examine them, while anticipating an unprecedented
Outpouring of Glory in Iraq, America and the uttermost parts of this world!

Like men on a chessboard, the Holy Spirit is moving around His key players,
in preparation for an unprecedented Outpouring of the miraculous. Angel forces
have gone before the Believer, making crooked places straight, as destiny is
fulfilled all over the world. Just as Satan has a plan to steal, kill and
destroy, the Creator also possesses a vision for this planet. Jesus has come that
we might experience the more abundant life. So shall it be!
Satan always overplays his hand, as he did at Calvary. The United States,
accompanied by her precious allies, is in the middle of a war against Iraq.
Prophetically, I can assure you that victory will be swift, as enemies surrender by
the thousands. No rock can possibly hide the oppressor. For his hour of
destruction has come. The enemy's end is nigh!
Dad is no respecter of persons. He, too, loves the people of Iraq. For they
belong to Him. Their prayers have been heard, as President Bush and Prime
Minister Tony Blair attend to their call. They remain major gapstanders for
humanity. This is not about party preference, but yielded hearts. Make no mistake
about that!
Let's look at a few significant prophecies, given this author by the
Revelator, over the past two years. Again, note the dates from the Ministry's Archives
Section. As you will surely see, God is so true to His Word.

Glory Dust of varied colors, covering both people and furniture, oil flowing
from fingers, healings and other manifestations of the Father's love framed
the prophetic at this evening's Miracle Service. During the worship portion of
the Nashua Rally, I felt an incredible stirring in my belly, not unlike a fetus
positioning for birth. The Secret Place vividly relayed a vision of what
appeared to be Washington, D. C., at night. Suddenly, lights, representing the
Glory, could be seen, first in the U. S. Supreme Court, then the White House. It
was clear to me that God's angels had been dispatched to the nation's Capitol.
His manifest Presence began moving on those who were anointed to render
crucial last minute decisions. While engaging a lapel microphone, the word of the
Lord arrived with both precision and urgency. I could hold back no longer.
[Note: This was afforded several days before the final U. S. Supreme Court
decision and delivered before those attending the Saturday evening service.]
"My Children, again, Satan always overplays his hand. Refuse to get caught up
in the day's confusion. The government of nations is upon these shoulders.
And I will surely have the last say. Watch, as the Almighty's Anointing breaks
every yoke. For I have a people who will not bend their knees to darkness. Even
now, a solid conviction is moving upon key leaders, particularly within the
U. S. Supreme Court, to facilitate God's will. Clarity prevails in the Capitol.
The battle has been moved to that location (Washington) where decisions are
to reflect the Mind of Christ. These are the days of Glory when those in
authority must yield to the Blueprint, that Covenant between the Church and Me.
Protect your spirit from inaccurate perceptions that do not line up with the Word.
The media don't govern Heaven's hand. If a matter doesn't feel right, it
isn't. Use your Peace Meter. All is well! The Supreme Court of the Universe is in
session. And this Judge has already ruled. The wind and waves of the election
are in the process of being stilled by Divine intervention. Formed and chosen
in the womb, George W. Bush has a heart that truly beats with the Creator's.
He is not in this race by accident, but Divine appointment. So much depends
upon sudden shifts orchestrated from this end. Don't get caught up in snapshots
of time, since things aren't always as they appear. Everything is becoming new.
There is no place for the old. The dream robber would want My Children to
incubate and articulate negatives, thus giving them birth. Be moved by what you
know. Let's call those things which be not as though they were until each
becomes! Again, watch Me calm this storm! I've had enough!"
Iraq...Prepare For A Change!

In the Spirit, the Lord accorded me an overview of Iraq. It was as if my eyes
had telescopic abilities, could scan in and out at His direction. Within that
territory, hot spots were apparent, revealing themselves as throbbing,
blood-red blobs. Subsequent to the unveiling, Iraq's horizon was clearly in view.
The darkness of that particular night permitted an awesome illumination of what
appeared to be an obliteration of negativity. An external force was moving as
never before, upon all which has so long threatened Israel, her friends, and
nations within that region. Shortly thereafter, another Light could be seen,
along with a Cloud, not of this world. The Revelator then afforded insight into
this awesome revelation:
"Beloved, the time is short to move. We wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but powers and principalities in high places. Therefore, this war must first
be won, in and through those who have ears to hear and hearts to understand.
Make no mistake about it. I have handpicked President Bush and British Prime
Minister Tony Blair to be forerunners of this crucial purging. They are not
alone! The very forces of Heaven are richly behind them. Angel's have been
dispatched to insure success. The Almighty is also working within the spirits of world
leaders for the express purpose of locking arms with these anointed men. Both
have been chosen for such a time as this. Heaven's Glory will accompany and
follow their Spirit-led decisions. The initial illumination seen on the skyline
represents a strategic expunging of evil, followed by another Light, that of
My Gospel, then the Cloud of Glory. These eyes have witnessed the incredible
oppression of a people who desire nothing more than truth and freedom. Their
cries have been felt and heard. Additionally, you must understand that the
recent terrorism is about Israel. The United States and Great Britain will always
enjoy Dad's favor, as they venture forward with their focus on standing with,
and blessing, the Chosen. Fear not! You have God's hand of protection and
guidance. Let Me say this again. I am with President Bush and Tony Blair, as the
earth is prepared for the promised Outpouring."

Over the past two weeks, the Spirit of the Lord has been nudging me
concerning Great Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair. Some people are noticeably
anointed, possessing a compassion that supersedes the natural. This man both
emanates and radiates the Father's love. Choosing to be with President Bush during
his toughest days in office, following the recent terrorist attack on our
nation, the UK's statesman has revealed a heart for people, is solidly aligning and
standing with America in one of her darkest hours. While waiting on the Lord,
a word came to me regarding this leader:"Within the womb, I formed a man whose
heart beats after Mine. Upon him have an Anointing and mantle been placed to
deliver My people, while standing in mighty power and enjoying the respect of
world dignitaries, even current and former enemies. His is a voice that will
be heard throughout the nations. Heavenly wisdom and effectiveness are being
perceived by millions upon this gapstander, as he yields all to Me, and
regularly postures himself before the Throne of Mercy and Grace for the Beloved.
Israel is slated to be richly blessed through his obedience to the call. Locking
arms with President Bush, the two will put tens of thousands to flight, ushering
in the Glory of the Latter House. I have witnessed those (Mr. Blair's) tears
and heard his cries. Consequently, a demand has been placed on the
Glory...that manifest Presence, to bestow Heaven's favor on England and the United
States, first fruits of revival and Outpouring, while supernaturally defeating their
foes. A rich hand of protection is upon the two countries, as a strong arm,
the Lord's, extends from that Secret Place of the Most High to confound,
confuse and defeat anyone standing against My Elect. No rock will be able to cover
any adversary. I will personally jerk each foe from their crevice. Through the
Unction of these very special men...President George W. Bush and Prime
Minister (aptly put) Tony Blair, the terrorists' spine will be broken. Good is about
to overshadow and overcome evil. Fear not! I know victory well. The players on
Dad's chessboard can never be moved, except by My hand. In fact, each is
strategically poised to win!"

"Beloved, let me set the record straight. I am neither Republican nor
Democrat, but the Great Lover of each and ever soul. Reflect on our previous
discussion about the proverbial Chess Board. The evil one is usually permitted that
first move. Then I enter the game to clean the boy's clock! Speak the Glory!
Confess before the Father, Son and Holy Spirit...yes, audibly, what has been
revealed on the inside of your heart over the years. Prophesy to the Wind
concerning this nation, the world, Church and all creation. This is the most
significant and exciting hour to be alive...for t he Glory, a time when Heaven is
working on the inside of souls, to will and do of My good pleasure. The government
is surely upon these shoulders. An unprecedented Unction of love and Power has
been bestowed upon George W. Bush for fulfillment of My Blueprint...from the
White House, Congress and U. S. Supreme Court, to the people. Heaven's angels,
assigned to protect and guide, have encamped around the President, his wife,
Laura, and their daughters...Jenna and Barbara. His will be an administration
filled with Spirit-filled and led Servants who are sensitive to Heaven's
Voice. Their humble submission will translate into mandates that reverse captivity
in all quarters. Oh, how this heart yearns to remove the yoke from those for
whom Christ paid the ultimate price. The young and elderly are ever before My
eyes. I have witnessed their tears, the bullying and fear of lack. Among the
people, watch, while encouragement and vision are invigorated by unprecedented,
unpredictable, unparalleled signs, wonders and miracles. Those who would
attempt to come against America will not only perceive My favor upon President Bush
and his administration, but a God poised to immediately extinguish fiery
darts of every form. Within the next four years, the promised Glory will be
winning and healing winning masses, raising the dead and preaching the Gospel as
never before. Israel and the United States are to be closely aligned. The
prophetic will continue to be a major component of the Bush team, since only
sensitive, yielded individuals who will learn and grow spiritually have been chosen
for their respective positions. And this I promise. Not for a moment will the
General's hand be removed from the President's shoulder. Neither will these lips
be far from his ear. Prepare for an outpouring that will blow your socks off!
Children...again, a shifting has occurred in the Spirit-realm. The game of
hide and seek is coming to an end. During this administration, Heaven's
miraculous must be plentiful. The Cloud, internally and externally, will be witnessed
night and day. America...this is your hour to literally shine. Those personal
foes will not survive this onslaught of Life and Love!"
An Unprecedented Unction!

"Church, where sin abounds, grace much more gains ascendency. America has
been impacted in so many heartbreaking ways. Bloodshed and weeping remain almost
a daily occurrence. Know this! I am not only a just God, but have also been
touched by the feelings of every human infirmity. When Dad's heart is stirred,
you can depend upon action! Does the Bible not instruct the Church to overcome
evil with good? Would I Personally maintain a different standard? Is the
Almighty a negligent Child abuser? The answer to those queries is within the spirit
of every seeker. Jesus' very ministry portrayed My heart and posture from
moment to moment, since the works He did surely originated in the Throne Room.
Never forget, your God doesn't change His Mind, when it comes to Covenant, the
promises He diligently watches over to perform. The earth was once destroyed by
a physical flood. It is now in a position to be saved by a Spiritual
Floodtide of Love, Light and Life, unparalleled signs, wonders and miracles. Not a
single atom or molecule will be able to escape My Presence. Let me say this about
the Bush family. A mighty, abiding and increasing Anointing is upon the
President, one chosen from the womb to lead this precious nation with a heart for
people and Dad's purposes. George Bush answered the call with yieldedness and
full abandonment of any personal agenda, to accomplish destiny and conduit the
Glory. His Presidency was expressly prophesied, step by step (visit this

the prophets, for the purpose of giving utterance to Glory's desires. That must
precede materialization of the Almighty's will. Additionally, President Bush

concern, nationally and personally. America will surely glow with Heaven's
Presence. Above all, reject bad news from naysayers. The Glory of the latter house

protection and greatness in Me. Each member possesses the Father's heart and
Christ's compassion. This isn't at all about politics, but people. The United
States has sown a multitude of seed to the four corners of this globe. The innocent
blood of martyrs and soldiers cries out for that Cloud of blessing and
deliverance. Yes, the blood has a Voice. From the Mercy Seat and battle ground, to
the classroom (Columbine), mixed with tears, that life force is initiating
Heavenly Condensation. This is the lull before the Storm. Prepare for Rain!

What a marvelous day to live for Christ! Prophecy is being fulfilled before

to life and godliness. Not one facet of Covenant and commitment will fail to
materialize, as we walk in the Spirit.
Even here in Los Angeles, there's an expectancy in the air, an anticipation
of God's Supernatural. Palm trees appear to be posturing themselves in
anticipation of praising the Most High. Flowers of varied colors and sizes
prolifically reflect the beauty of their Creator. The earth will soon move, be purring
under our feet, not unlike a kitten being stroked by a loving hand. Indeed, all
creation awaits a manifestation of the Father's Sons and Daughters.
The Word clearly states, "The Lord is upholding all things by the Word of His
Power." What kept that coffee in your cup this morning? Who makes the sun
rise and set, programs the seasons? Is there a Decision-Maker behind the balance
enjoyed by this planet's inhabitants? We need water, food and air. Is anything
lacking? Surely not! Consequently, why would such a meticulously caring Dad
neglect to make plans for everything to be perfect in your walk and ministry?
Listen to this! God delivers promises through dreams, visions and other forms
of revelation. He then watches over that Seed inside the Christian's spirit,
until it reaches maturity and is ready for delivery. In line with that, Heaven
has always operated in terms of process, times and seasons. There's usually
been a waiting period between the spoken Word and its materialization. Instead
of wasting energy, fretting over why this or that hasn't transpired, you and I
must begin lining up with the Holy Spirit's Word and inner witness, as He,
Personally, works in us, both to will and do of His good pleasure.
Too often, Christians have a tendency to say what they have, rather than
having what they confess. God neither slumbers nor sleeps. Well, what is He doing?
The answer to that one is clear. He broods over his Word until it reaches
fruition. Such was the case when Jesus entered this world. His arrival didn't
occur because of a passing whim. Rather, through the prophets, Papa declared the
Savior's future arrival. You see, this is how the Kingdom functions. The plan
is first articulated, by way of His servants, the prophets. They subsequently
give voice unto the revelation. At that point, a Seed is sown, placing a
demand on the ground, including the hearer, to bring forth fruit.
Each atom and molecule originated in the Mind of that One Who chose to send
Heaven's best. In the beginning, this world was without form and void. The
Almighty had a scheme that would reflect the Throne Room and its environment, as
well as afford a taste of what truly turns Him on. Haven't you noticed that, in
a natural sense, we become enthused over God's handiwork? Kodak can attest to
that. Look at the film people purchase in almost every nation, for the
recording of God's handiwork.
Having been made in His likeness and image, He and we pretty much mutually
appreciate and enjoy beauty. The Lord falls in love. So do His people. God also
has impeccable taste. Most of us do. He's empathic and compassionate. The Body
of Christ possesses that same potential. Dad performs the miraculous. Jesus
has promised "greater works" through us.
Hearts are crying out for Christ. I firmly believe that compulsions and
addictions are a futile attempt to fill an inner void that can solely be satiated
by the turning over of one's life to Jesus, intimacy with the Father and
fulfillment of destiny. Even the self-mutilator, often seen at my Clinic, will admit
that her behavior is simply an externalization of inner pain, an attempt,
perhaps subconsciously, to gain someone's attention, for the purpose of healing
internal bruises and shredding.
Look at those hands and feet! Ponder the potential, inherent in their
marching to the beat of a different Drummer, the One Who leads us to a fevered brow,
that casket enshrouding premature death, the individual suffering accusations
and lies of the accuser. The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ flows through
each surrendered pore. Feeling has nothing to do with the potency of that
emanation. Niagara Falls doesn't give much thought to the power behind its
purpose. We do the going. He does the doing. Impossible remains His middle name!
With that, I perceive the Holy Spirit is ready to serve fresh Bread from His
Bakery. Let's pull up to the table!
The Word's Performer!
"Beloved, all is on track and schedule. No word from Me is void of the Power
necessary in bringing itself to pass. Former enemies are to be seen no more.
The varied wars, both personal and governmental, must yield to Covenant. Iraq
is on your mind. However, contemplate the Children of Israel, and the
impossible situations they faced...including the sea in front, certain death behind.
Yet, did I not supernaturally move? America and her allies are not in this war
alone. Angel forces continue to whisper in ears and pave the way, making those
crooked places straight. Even now, soldiers on the battlefield are
experiencing a God of comfort and guidance. Look for Divine intervention in this
endeavor, a confounding of those siding up with the destroyer. Has evil ever really
prevailed? Have I not said that former enemies will be seen no more, that your
Father will be a friend to those friends and a foe to all adversaries? No
weapon formed against you can prosper. Such is the case in destroying the works of
Satan in Iraq. You see, I'm in the people business. Nothing thrills Me more
than liberating the oppressed. And yes, I have heard their (people of Iraq)
cries over the years. The season of liberation has arrived. The wind and elements
will obey Me, as you go forth in this difficult place. Israel, prepare for an
unprecedented onslaught of the Holy Spirit. There isn't a weapon created that
can negate Heaven's plan for your prosperity. The volume of earth's travailing
has increased. The rocks are indeed crying out! In the flood of My Spirit,
death will not be able to survive the rich onslaught of Life. Lift up that head,
and strengthen those feeble knees. Rivers of Living Water have begun flowing
toward the most parched. Never forget, the Glory is attracted to any, and all,
forms of pain and suffering. Confess that vision boldly. In so doing, the way
will be made for its birth and fulfillment of destiny. Lets discuss the
tangibility of those promises. You have only been asked to incubate and carry that
which has been unveiled in the Holy Place. As in days of old, I will
faithfully do My part, while the Creator literally shines through His Creation!"

isn't. Use your Peace Meter. All is well! The Supreme Court of the Universe is in
session. And this Judge has already ruled. The wind and waves of the election
are in the process of being stilled by Divine intervention. Formed and chosen
in the womb, George W. Bush has a heart that truly beats with the Creator's.
He is not in this race by accident, but Divine appointment. So much depends
upon sudden shifts orchestrated from this end. Don't get caught up in snapshots
of time, since things aren't always as they appear. Everything is becoming new.
There is no place for the old. The dream robber would want My Children to
incubate and articulate negatives, thus giving them birth. Be moved by what you
know. Let's call those things which be not as though they were until each
becomes! Again, watch Me calm this storm! I've had enough!"
Vision
In the Spirit, the Lord accorded me an overview of Iraq. It was as if my eyes
had telescopic abilities, could scan in and out at His direction. Within that
territory, hot spots were apparent, revealing themselves as throbbing,
blood-red blobs. Subsequent to the unveiling, Iraq's horizon was clearly in view.
The darkness of that particular night permitted an awesome illumination of what
appeared to be an obliteration of negativity. An external force was moving as
never before, upon all which has so long threatened Israel, her friends, and
nations within that region. Shortly thereafter, another Light could be seen,
along with a Cloud, not of this world. The Revelator then afforded insight into
this awesome revelation:
"Beloved, the time is short to move. We wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but powers and principalities in high places. Therefore, this war must first
be won, in and through those who have ears to hear and hearts to understand.
Make no mistake about it. I have handpicked President Bush and British Prime
Minister Tony Blair to be forerunners of this crucial purging. They are not
alone! The very forces of Heaven are richly behind them. Angel's have been
dispatched to insure success. The Almighty is also working within the spirits of world
leaders for the express purpose of locking arms with these anointed men. Both
have been chosen for such a time as this. Heaven's Glory will accompany and
follow their Spirit-led decisions. The initial illumination seen on the skyline
represents a strategic expunging of evil, followed by another Light, that of
My Gospel, then the Cloud of Glory. These eyes have witnessed the incredible
oppression of a people who desire nothing more than truth and freedom. Their
cries have been felt and heard. Additionally, you must understand that the
recent terrorism is about Israel. The United States and Great Britain will always
enjoy Dad's favor, as they venture forward with their focus on standing with,
and blessing, the Chosen. Fear not! You have God's hand of protection and
guidance. Let Me say this again. I am with President Bush and Tony Blair, as the
earth is prepared for the promised Outpouring."
A Prophetic Word For Great Britain's Prime Minister And The United States:

Over the past two weeks, the Spirit of the Lord has been nudging me
concerning Great Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair. Some people are noticeably
anointed, possessing a compassion that supersedes the natural. This man both
emanates and radiates the Father's love. Choosing to be with President Bush during
his toughest days in office, following the recent terrorist attack on our
nation, the UK's statesman has revealed a heart for people, is solidly aligning and
standing with America in one of her darkest hours. While waiting on the Lord,
a word came to me regarding this leader:"Within the womb, I formed a man whose
heart beats after Mine. Upon him have an Anointing and mantle been placed to
deliver My people, while standing in mighty power and enjoying the respect of
world dignitaries, even current and former enemies. His is a voice that will
be heard throughout the nations. Heavenly wisdom and effectiveness are being
perceived by millions upon this gapstander, as he yields all to Me, and
regularly postures himself before the Throne of Mercy and Grace for the Beloved.
Israel is slated to be richly blessed through his obedience to the call. Locking
arms with President Bush, the two will put tens of thousands to flight, ushering
in the Glory of the Latter House. I have witnessed those (Mr. Blair's) tears
and heard his cries. Consequently, a demand has been placed on the
Glory...that manifest Presence, to bestow Heaven's favor on England and the United
States, first fruits of revival and Outpouring, while supernaturally defeating their
foes. A rich hand of protection is upon the two countries, as a strong arm,
the Lord's, extends from that Secret Place of the Most High to confound,
confuse and defeat anyone standing against My Elect. No rock will be able to cover
any adversary. I will personally jerk each foe from their crevice. Through the
Unction of these very special men...President George W. Bush and Prime
Minister (aptly put) Tony Blair, the terrorists' spine will be broken. Good is about
to overshadow and overcome evil. Fear not! I know victory well. The players on
Dad's chessboard can never be moved, except by My hand. In fact, each is
strategically poised to win!"

"Beloved, let me set the record straight. I am neither Republican nor
Democrat, but the Great Lover of each and ever soul. Reflect on our previous
discussion about the proverbial Chess Board. The evil one is usually permitted that
first move. Then I enter the game to clean the boy's clock! Speak the Glory!
Confess before the Father, Son and Holy Spirit...yes, audibly, what has been
revealed on the inside of your heart over the years. Prophesy to the Wind
concerning this nation, the world, Church and all creation. This is the most
significant and exciting hour to be alive...for t he Glory, a time when Heaven is
working on the inside of souls, to will and do of My good pleasure. The government
is surely upon these shoulders. An unprecedented Unction of love and Power has
been bestowed upon George W. Bush for fulfillment of My Blueprint...from the
White House, Congress and U. S. Supreme Court, to the people. Heaven's angels,
assigned to protect and guide, have encamped around the President, his wife,
Laura, and their daughters...Jenna and Barbara. His will be an administration
filled with Spirit-filled and led Servants who are sensitive to Heaven's
Voice. Their humble submission will translate into mandates that reverse captivity
in all quarters. Oh, how this heart yearns to remove the yoke from those for
whom Christ paid the ultimate price. The young and elderly are ever before My
eyes. I have witnessed their tears, the bullying and fear of lack. Among the
people, watch, while encouragement and vision are invigorated by unprecedented,
unpredictable, unparalleled signs, wonders and miracles. Those who would
attempt to come against America will not only perceive My favor upon President Bush
and his administration, but a God poised to immediately extinguish fiery
darts of every form. Within the next four years, the promised Glory will be
winning and healing winning masses, raising the dead and preaching the Gospel as
never before. Israel and the United States are to be closely aligned. The
prophetic will continue to be a major component of the Bush team, since only
sensitive, yielded individuals who will learn and grow spiritually have been chosen
for their respective positions. And this I promise. Not for a moment will the
General's hand be removed from the President's shoulder. Neither will these lips
be far from his ear. Prepare for an outpouring that will blow your socks off!
Children...again, a shifting has occurred in the Spirit-realm. The game of
hide and seek is coming to an end. During this administration, Heaven's
miraculous must be plentiful. The Cloud, internally and externally, will be witnessed
night and day. America...this is your hour to literally shine. Those personal
foes will not survive this onslaught of Life and Love!"

"Church, where sin abounds, grace much more gains ascendency. America has
been impacted in so many heartbreaking ways. Bloodshed and weeping remain almost
a daily occurrence. Know this! I am not only a just God, but have also been
touched by the feelings of every human infirmity. When Dad's heart is stirred,
you can depend upon action! Does the Bible not instruct the Church to overcome
evil with good? Would I Personally maintain a different standard? Is the
Almighty a negligent Child abuser? The answer to those queries is within the spirit
of every seeker. Jesus' very ministry portrayed My heart and posture from
moment to moment, since the works He did surely originated in the Throne Room.
Never forget, your God doesn't change His Mind, when it comes to Covenant, the
promises He diligently watches over to perform. The earth was once destroyed by
a physical flood. It is now in a position to be saved by a Spiritual
Floodtide of Love, Light and Life, unparalleled signs, wonders and miracles. Not a
single atom or molecule will be able to escape My Presence. Let me say this about
the Bush family. A mighty, abiding and increasing Anointing is upon the
President, one chosen from the womb to lead this precious nation with a heart for
people and Dad's purposes. George Bush answered the call with yieldedness and
full abandonment of any personal agenda, to accomplish destiny and conduit the
Glory. His Presidency was expressly prophesied, step by step (visit this
Ministry's Archive Section). I will do nothing without first telling My servants,
the prophets, for the purpose of giving utterance to Glory's desires. That must
precede materialization of the Almighty's will. Additionally, President Bush
will enjoy unprecedented favor with all men. This nation's enemies will be
Mine, and I'll be a friend to your friends, perfecting everything that's of
concern, nationally and personally. America will surely glow with Heaven's
Presence. Above all, reject bad news from naysayers. The Glory of the latter house
shall be much greater than the former. The Bush family has been destined for
protection and greatness in Me. Each member possesses the Father's heart and
Christ's compassion. This isn't at all about politics, but people. The United
States has sown a multitude of seed to the four corners of this globe. The innocent
blood of martyrs and soldiers cries out for that Cloud of blessing and
deliverance. Yes, the blood has a Voice. From the Mercy Seat and battle ground, to
the classroom (Columbine), mixed with tears, that life force is initiating
Heavenly Condensation. This is the lull before the Storm. Prepare for Rain!
Nothing can stop Us now. For the record, keep your eyes on My Servant...Jeb (Bush).
I have awesome plans for him, as Jeb's walk also leads to high places!"

What a marvelous day to live for Christ! Prophecy is being fulfilled before
our very eyes, while the Glory Cloud gains in both momentum and intensity. We
are surely living in an era of Outpouring, a time when long-awaited promises,
yes, even those dreams and visions, are taking on substance, as the baby leaps
from its womb.
It's imperative for the Children to not get caught up in the day's
negativity. As Believers, we are promised that good will ongoingly overcome evil. Where
sin abounds, grace much more gains ascendency. The Commander-in-Chief of all
that is has guaranteed success and absolute victory, in everything pertaining
to life and godliness. Not one facet of Covenant and commitment will fail to
materialize, as we walk in the Spirit.
Even here in Los Angeles, there's an expectancy in the air, an anticipation
of God's Supernatural. Palm trees appear to be posturing themselves in
anticipation of praising the Most High. Flowers of varied colors and sizes
prolifically reflect the beauty of their Creator. The earth will soon move, be purring
under our feet, not unlike a kitten being stroked by a loving hand. Indeed, all
creation awaits a manifestation of the Father's Sons and Daughters.
The Word clearly states, "The Lord is upholding all things by the Word of His
Power." What kept that coffee in your cup this morning? Who makes the sun
rise and set, programs the seasons? Is there a Decision-Maker behind the balance
enjoyed by this planet's inhabitants? We need water, food and air. Is anything
lacking? Surely not! Consequently, why would such a meticulously caring Dad
neglect to make plans for everything to be perfect in your walk and ministry?
Listen to this! God delivers promises through dreams, visions and other forms
of revelation. He then watches over that Seed inside the Christian's spirit,
until it reaches maturity and is ready for delivery. In line with that, Heaven
has always operated in terms of process, times and seasons. There's usually
been a waiting period between the spoken Word and its materialization. Instead
of wasting energy, fretting over why this or that hasn't transpired, you and I
must begin lining up with the Holy Spirit's Word and inner witness, as He,
Personally, works in us, both to will and do of His good pleasure.
Too often, Christians have a tendency to say what they have, rather than
having what they confess. God neither slumbers nor sleeps. Well, what is He doing?
The answer to that one is clear. He broods over his Word until it reaches
fruition. Such was the case when Jesus entered this world. His arrival didn't
occur because of a passing whim. Rather, through the prophets, Papa declared the
Savior's future arrival. You see, this is how the Kingdom functions. The plan
is first articulated, by way of His servants, the prophets. They subsequently
give voice unto the revelation. At that point, a Seed is sown, placing a
demand on the ground, including the hearer, to bring forth fruit.
Each atom and molecule originated in the Mind of that One Who chose to send
Heaven's best. In the beginning, this world was without form and void. The
Almighty had a scheme that would reflect the Throne Room and its environment, as
well as afford a taste of what truly turns Him on. Haven't you noticed that, in
a natural sense, we become enthused over God's handiwork? Kodak can attest to
that. Look at the film people purchase in almost every nation, for the
recording of God's handiwork.
Having been made in His likeness and image, He and we pretty much mutually
appreciate and enjoy beauty. The Lord falls in love. So do His people. God also
has impeccable taste. Most of us do. He's empathic and compassionate. The Body
of Christ possesses that same potential. Dad performs the miraculous. Jesus
has promised "greater works" through us.
Hearts are crying out for Christ. I firmly believe that compulsions and
addictions are a futile attempt to fill an inner void that can solely be satiated
by the turning over of one's life to Jesus, intimacy with the Father and
fulfillment of destiny. Even the self-mutilator, often seen at my Clinic, will admit
that her behavior is simply an externalization of inner pain, an attempt,
perhaps subconsciously, to gain someone's attention, for the purpose of healing
internal bruises and shredding.
Look at those hands and feet! Ponder the potential, inherent in their
marching to the beat of a different Drummer, the One Who leads us to a fevered brow,
that casket enshrouding premature death, the individual suffering accusations
and lies of the accuser. The Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ flows through
each surrendered pore. Feeling has nothing to do with the potency of that
emanation. Niagara Falls doesn't give much thought to the power behind its
purpose. We do the going. He does the doing. Impossible remains His middle name!
With that, I perceive the Holy Spirit is ready to serve fresh Bread from His
Bakery. Let's pull up to the table!
"Beloved, all is on track and schedule. No word from Me is void of the Power
necessary in bringing itself to pass. Former enemies are to be seen no more.
The varied wars, both personal and governmental, must yield to Covenant. Iraq
is on your mind. However, contemplate the Children of Israel, and the
impossible situations they faced...including the sea in front, certain death behind.
Yet, did I not supernaturally move? America and her allies are not in this war
alone. Angel forces continue to whisper in ears and pave the way, making those
crooked places straight. Even now, soldiers on the battlefield are
experiencing a God of comfort and guidance. Look for Divine intervention in this
endeavor, a confounding of those siding up with the destroyer. Has evil ever really
prevailed? Have I not said that former enemies will be seen no more, that your
Father will be a friend to those friends and a foe to all adversaries? No
weapon formed against you can prosper. Such is the case in destroying the works of
Satan in Iraq. You see, I'm in the people business. Nothing thrills Me more
than liberating the oppressed. And yes, I have heard their (people of Iraq)
cries over the years. The season of liberation has arrived. The wind and elements
will obey Me, as you go forth in this difficult place. Israel, prepare for an
unprecedented onslaught of the Holy Spirit. There isn't a weapon created that
can negate Heaven's plan for your prosperity. The volume of earth's travailing
has increased. The rocks are indeed crying out! In the flood of My Spirit,
death will not be able to survive the rich onslaught of Life. Lift up that head,
and strengthen those feeble knees. Rivers of Living Water have begun flowing
toward the most parched. Never forget, the Glory is attracted to any, and all,
forms of pain and suffering. Confess that vision boldly. In so doing, the way
will be made for its birth and fulfillment of destiny. Lets discuss the
tangibility of those promises. You have only been asked to incubate and carry that
which has been unveiled in the Holy Place. As in days of old, I will
faithfully do My part, while the Creator literally shines through His Creation!"
