Heaven's Manual!
"Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits...who forgives
all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion, who satisfies your desires with good
things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's." Psalm 103:1-5
"Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,
because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from
the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do in that it was
weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness
of sinful man to be a sin offering." Romans 8:1-3
"For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord,
eats and drinks judgment on himself." 1 Corinthians 11:29
A precious friend of mine, Dr. Richard Eby, a physician and surgeon who wrote
the foreword for one of my books, often speaks of his journey to Heaven,
which occurred after a sudden-death fall from a relative's balcony. Dick
spent time, as it's known there, with the Master, and asked a multitude of
questions before literally being raised from the dead. Jesus' response to
many of the queries was, "Haven't you read My Book?" Certainly, there was
validity in that answer.
It was thrilling to hear about interactions between the two, how thoughts
became acts, the guided tour and personal revelations accorded by the Author
and Finisher of our Faith. The beauty of Heaven was indescribable. Get your
hands on Dick's publications, through Amazon or your local Christian
Bookstore. You'll never be the same!
Our Savior's words ongoingly resonate in this spirit. "Haven't you read My
Book?" You see, God's Word is His will. It's a Manual, often neglected. We
sometimes act like the owner of a new automobile, who simply attempts to wing
it without reading that little booklet inside his glove box. Sooner or later
there's a challenge, particularly if a fuse blows, or one of those
rectangular red lights illuminates on the dash. How often have you had to
pull over and read the book, in hopes of learning where vital items were
located, even when changing a flat tire? I've personally spent what seemingly
felt like an eternity looking for a jack or well-hidden spare.
Give this some serious thought! By neglecting the Manual, we cheat ourselves
of benefits. After several years of ownership, I've discovered many really
neat devices that could have been enjoyed all along, except they were
neglected out of laziness or lack of knowledge. Simply put, that published
work in the compartment of my car was ignored. Why? If the vehicle operated,
according to my personal expectations and standards, there didn't seem any
good reason to investigate further. After all, Paul could get around. Why
bother? Nevertheless, those inherent benefits were of little value to the
ignorant. In plain terms, I was cheating myself!
Good things happen to bad people, and bad things occur in the lives of good
people. Indeed, it does rain on the just and unjust alike. Some carry
umbrellas, adorn appropriate clothing, or stay inside when there's a
downpouring. We makes choices every day. Evil and God's Glory are both in
this world. The latter is certainly greater than the former. In fact, there's
coming a move of the Holy Spirit that will literally eradicate the enemy's
evil. Brush fires will quickly be extinguished by Heaven's Rain. Where sin
and its byproducts abound, Grace will much more overcome hell's negativity.
Knowledge is power! It's what we don't know that will hurt us. Also,
additional Light requires more responsibility and accountability. Today's
illumination by the sun is provided for the work that must be accomplished
during the shining. It's not yesterday's or tomorrow's light, but today's.
Man's spirit is God's candle. Each moment offers an opportunity to open our
spiritual eyes and see, just as Christ did in His earthly ministry. "What you
envision Me doing is what I witness in the Throne Room, through intimacy with
the Lover of souls."
When stopped by a police officer, simply retort, "Sorry. I didn't see that
light. Gosh, no one told me about the change of speed in this area!" You'll
likely be cited, since ignorance of the law is no excuse. Such is the case
with God's Contract.
In our free moral agency, we can become legal experts or choose to ignore
relevant statutes. One runs into great difficulty when he's found in
violation. Such is the case, when dealing with the law of the Spirit of Life
and the law of sin and death, both of which are active daily. You and I are
instructed to choose life or death, blessing or cursing. Reading the Book,
which is alive, well and breathing, will promote a Glory to Glory process
that will not only heal the Believer, but result in a posture of Divine
health, prosperity and protection. Man's way leads to destruction. We can't
successfully govern ourselves without Heaven's guidance. Look around. That's
profoundly apparent on this earth.
Let's stop blaming God for evil. When Jesus exclaimed, "It is finished!," He
meant just that. Now, the Church has been given all Power and authority to
vitally reverse the curse, deliver the captive, plunder hell and populate
Heaven. Only good and perfect gifts come from above. The Father isn't the
author of death. Neither can He give us what Glory doesn't contain, like
sickness or any ailments of body and mind.
Who's responsible for permitting, or preventing, Satan's efforts to steal,
kill and destroy? We are! How many of us are fully acquainted with that
marvelous Blood Covenant? Have we read the Book? Can humanity defend itself
and others with it, before the Supreme Court of the Universe? Have the cares
of this world and deceitfulness of riches and influence clouded our vision of
that which has been deemed perfect, not merely good and acceptable?
America's soldiers obey and fulfill orders of their Commander-in-Chief. They
are also guided by, and obedient to, others who have been granted authority
under the President. Not a single man ventures into battle at his own
expense. The Body of Christ is no different. Going to war without
acknowledging leadership, orders and direction would be disastrous. Turning
our backs on the Manual amounts to the same...mistakes, tragedy, sickness,
poverty, death and calamity. Frankly put, we've sat on our hands far too
long, refusing to read the Book, grow in Christ, stand in the gap, and act on
those gentle nudgings and promptings. That's changing!
Let's lend an ear to the Spirit of Revelation. He's quite eager to share the
Mind of Christ with each willing hearer.
The Rising Son!
"Beloved, have I not promised the former and latter rain in a month's time?
Is the Glory of this house not to be greater than that of the former? A new
and better Covenant has been sealed and delivered through the Blood of the
Lamb. All creation now awaits the word of your testimony. During those
intimate moments with Me in that Secret Place, God's Presence, a transference
of revelation, will swiftly follow, accompanied by gifts of faith. So solid
will be the unveiled promises that each will stir within the womb of your
heart, becoming more real as deliverance approaches, not unlike an expectant
mother, awaiting that glorious planned appointment with her child, as the
doctor's word becomes flesh, a promise that can be simultaneously held and
seen. The manifestation of each dream and vision will result in a fondness
for Heaven's atmosphere and contents. In the meantime, light, both natural
and spiritual, is provided for each step. Trust your spirit, precious Child,
as it has always been the candle in which My will is revealed. Heaven is
holding class, while identity, information and a new confidence are imparted
by the Teacher. Lay aside weights and memories of long-forgiven and forgotten
sins. I have no recollection of iniquity. You are seen through eyes of love
and compassion, the finished work of Christ, as that Blood on the Mercy Seat,
in the Heavenly Holy of Holies, articulates Covenant and destiny. You do have
ears (radar) to discern and hear the previously undetectable. Knowledge is
increasing in these days of My Spirit. Consider not experiences or mindsets
of the past. A new thing is being initiated, a remodeling of all that is.
Heaven remains poised to invade earth with a Glory and goodness, yet to be
enjoyed by the Bride. As with any quality relationship, transparency, which
must perpetually increase, promotes more intimacy, a sharing of hearts. Oh, I
so yearn to unveil My plan. You are Soldiers and Ambassadors, Glory's
Delivery System. Ready yourself for a very visible transformation and
manifestation of the prophetic! The Body has entered an era of fulfillment.
It will be, even as I have told you!"
