America's Hour Of Victory!
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and
seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from Heaven

former house,' says the Lord Almighty. 'And in this place I will grant

"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be
on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and
peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his
kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from
that time on and forever. The zeal of the Lord Almighty will accomplish

My friend, this is not an hour to fear and lose vision! The prophets of old
would well envy most believers, walking the earth today, since the Word is
clearly being fulfilled before our very eyes, as we firmly stand and observe
the Glory of God.
Like men on a chessboard, you and I have been positioned to vitally win a
victory that was gained for us two-thousand years ago at Calvary's cross. As
with those game pieces, we must stand and ultimately yield to the hand that
rules the universe. Personal strategies won't work any longer. Arms of flesh
will fail. Only the Mind of Christ can assure victory.
Our posture is not unlike being in that proverbial cave, or awaiting orders
on the backside of the desert. Your moment of movement is swiftly
approaching. Fear not! Simply yield to that One Who never suffered defeat.
Like Him, we need not miss the mark on a single score.
It's so easy to be swayed by the media. Certainly, there's nothing wrong with
being informed, from national to international levels. However, the Church
isn't to be moved by what She sees and hears. Throne Room revelations are to
rule and reign in our hearts, as we call those things which be not as though
they were, until each becomes.
America is poised for the greatest Outpouring of the Holy Spirit imaginable.
Our President is God's man for this hour. He has been anointed to stand in
the gap for millions. This is not about politics, but the Father's agenda to
deliver and bless humanity. We must be very careful to not judge after the
natural, but perceive through the eyes of Christ. Remember, the seen was
created from the unseen. Therefore, that which cannot be perceived by the
naked eye is more powerful. There's a wrestling, not against flesh and blood,
but powers and principalities in high places.
Washington is a very important location at present, when it comes to Heaven's
plan. That glowing city has been infused with the Glory, which will
exponentially increase by every moment. Along with that, the White House is
pregnant with both vision and Presence.
During prayer today, I was reminded of two prophetic words previously
received...2000 and 2001, respectively. Let's examine them in the present, as
we anticipate the future!

"Beloved, let me set the record straight. I am neither Republican nor
Democrat, but the Great Lover of each and every soul. Reflect on our previous
discussion about the proverbial Chess Board. The evil one is usually
permitted that first move. Then I enter the game to clean the boy's clock!
Speak the Glory! Confess before the Father, Son and Holy Spirit...yes,
audibly, what has been revealed on the inside of your heart over the years.

have encamped around the President, his wife, Laura, and their
daughters...Jenna and Barbara. His will be an administration filled with
Spirit-filled and led Servants who are sensitive to Heaven's Voice. Their
humble submission will translate into mandates that reverse captivity in all
quarters. Oh, how this heart yearns to remove the yoke from those for whom
Christ paid the ultimate price. The young and elderly are ever before My
eyes. I have witnessed their tears, the bullying and fear of lack. Among the
people, watch, while encouragement and vision are invigorated by
unprecedented, unpredictable, unparalleled signs, wonders and miracles. Those
who would attempt to come against America will not only perceive My favor
upon President Bush and his administration, but a God poised to immediately
extinguish fiery darts of every form. Within the next four years, the
promised Glory will be winning and healing winning masses, raising the dead
and preaching the Gospel as never before. Israel and the United States are to
be closely aligned. The prophetic will continue to be a major component of
the Bush team, since only sensitive, yielded individuals who will learn and
grow spiritually have been chosen for their respective positions. And this I
promise. Not for a moment will the General's hand be removed from the
President's shoulder. Neither will these lips be far from his ear. Prepare
for an outpouring that will blow your socks off! Children...again, a shifting
has occurred in the Spirit-realm. The game of hide and seek is coming to an
end. During this administration, Heaven's miraculous must be plentiful. The
Cloud, internally and externally, will be witnessed night and day.
America...this is your hour to literally shine. Those personal foes will not
survive this onslaught of Life and Love!"
Expect The Unexpected!
"Dear Children, it's time to let the thief steal no more. Restoration,
reconciliation, Heavenly visitations, signs, wonders, miracles, clarity of
vision, attention and favor adequately summarize the end result of My
intentions for this earth. Even though you may have thought that I was idly
standing by, accepting Satan's performance of his ministry... killing,
robbing and destroying, Seeds of Life, originating from the Throne, were
being sown into hearts and the earth, impregnating both with the
Plan...anticipation of the previously impossible! Each Grain of truth is
presently placing a demand on the ground for Covenant manifestation and
fruition. Are you ready for specifics? First of all, operating in that former
mindset is out of the question. The old has surely given way to the new.
Therefore, a renewing of intent and perception must follow. Just as what is
witnessed with the naked eye originates in the unseen realm, a birthing of
long-awaited dreams and visions will require less gestation (waiting) than
before. Listen carefully! Speak...yes, boldly declare what has been, and will
be, revealed to you during our conversations in that Secret Place. The having
will assuredly come in the saying. Clearly the Word indicates the Master
placed more emphasis on confession than possession, since the former

will be a proliferation of angelic encounters. Their sole purpose is to
minister on behalf of those who are heirs to salvation...protecting, guiding,
providing and encouraging. Emotional pains from former days must be
eradicated by the Holy Spirit, establishing a clean slate for the Master
Artist. Also, Jesus will appear unto your joy, in many forms. In fact, He
will richly inhabit (live in) those praises. The prophetic will gain
ascendency and take on ever greater significance. In terms of signs and
wonders, both will be internal, as well as external. More insight is on its
way concerning the excellency of that Power within. Long-awaited healings
will suddenly be realized as the Glory Cloud virtually fills churches and
auditoriums, from which, occasionally, the very Fragrance of the
Sender...Dad's Cologne, will emanate. A Shining of the Bride will continue to
gain ascendency, physically and spiritually. There will be periods when Gold
Dust totally covers bodies, falling from hair and developing on surrounding
surfaces. The creative is also part of the plan...new body parts, limbs where
there were none, the very contents of this side (Heaven) being extracted to
your location...gems, silver, gold, oil, an ability to more keenly hear My
Voice. I need you to know that those prayers, your intercession, have truly
created a vacuum, constantly drawing Heaven's intent and content into your
realm. God's will is to be done on earth, just as it is in this locale!
Translation and raising the dead are part of this whole picture. Before
returning for the Church, Christ, indeed, will be known as the Great
Resurrection. This is a year to love all enemies. Then watch Me promote

networks, governmental leaders, including America's, and most importantly,
