From the Desk of Doctor Paul ..."Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are...yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need." Hebrews 4:14-16
"In righteousness you shall be established: Tyranny will be far from you; you will have nothing to fear. Terror will be far removed; and it will not come near you. If anyone attacks you (terrorists and other enemies), it will not be my doing; whoever attacks you will surrender to you." Isaiah 54:14-15
"Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider him who endured such opposition from sinful men, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart." Hebrews 12:2-3
"'The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life...only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.'" John 10:17-18
My mind often journeys back to the most recent Miracle Rally in Pennsylvania. So many responded to words of knowledge and were healed of various conditions...from the spiritual, to the psychological and physical. Creative manifestations of Glory Dust, Gold dental work, new body parts, restored senses and, most importantly, a display of Dad's love, brought everyone closer to the Throne Room. Who could ever question the Father's compassion and will, after such an unprecedented outpouring? There was no misery dispensed from His hand. Neither did the Holy Spirit invade a face with rashes or pimples. Clearly, He was perpetuating the work of the Sender, through this available Conduit of flesh and blood. A single word could well explain those miraculous acts...Compassion. He is just that!
Have you ever experienced moments or seasons in life, when senses and circumstances resoundingly mocked with such tauntings as, "How does it feel to be alone? No one really cares. Why move forward? Nothing has worked, thus far. What about that pain? Where's God? You must have done something wrong, or let Him down one too many times."
There's something about negativity from hell that breeds like flies and has no mercy for the hearer. The greatest of pain is often felt within the soul of man. The naked eye cannot discern that kind of bruising or shredding. In fact, most of us are able to "put on a happy face," as the song exclaims, but few, unless they are astute in spirit, can pick up on that form of inner torment in the hurting.
Jesus is aware of how real the lies of Satan can seem, as well as their potential influence on the natural mind and flesh. He tasted of that in the Garden of Gethsemane and on Calvary's cross. "Father, if it's possible, let this cup pass from me." He wasn't so concerned about His imminent crucifixion. Many were recipients of that type of torture. However, the Redeemer knew that He was to face the unfathomable. Christ was to Personally redeem the world from the curse of the law by bearing all sins, including the poison fruits thereof...sickness, poverty, death, defeat...past, present and future. Think of what Christ really did for the Bride back then. Not only have we been redeemed from the curse of the law, but Heaven knows exactly what each person is going through, and delights in the Cure. Revelation of Covenant is key to becoming like Jesus in all departments.
You and I complain about headaches and sore throats. Yet, even those were assimilated by Him, two-thousand years ago. A little inconvenience can ruin our day. Jesus' worst nightmare from humanity's perspective was, in actuality, Satan's legal defeat, a marvelous exchange where the Son assumed our penalty and gave the Church all that belonged to Him...righteousness, health, riches, favor, everything pertaining to life and godliness. Beyond that, He was, and is, touched with the feeling of our infirmities. Considering the joy set before Him...our absolute vital victory over the works of the adversary, Jesus endured the cross, along with its associated agony and shame.
A portion of that Scripture speaks of anticipated joy. What was the Yielded One thinking about? Christ, encountering everything that could potentially come against the Family, rendered a quality decision to voluntarily lay down His life for our abundance. He was fully aware of the positive benefits that would accompany His actions. We were strongly on His mind, as love, not nails, held Him to that cruel cross. Knowing the end from the beginning, Jesus was sustained by a gift of faith and keen spiritual insight, cognizant of a multitude of signs, wonders, miracles and smiles (yours and mine), the very harvest of Heaven's Seed.
Faith, indeed, works by love, a love that never fails. So, why not stick with an entity that refuses to let us down? It's time for us to permit, honor, acknowledge and be moved by, God's empathic compassion.
It should be second nature for the Christian to feel the pain of others. The Christ in us unveils the souls of men, women and children, as we are willing and obedient to be used by Him. In response to that heartfelt compassion, the Kid's readily dispense His healing Glory.
Toward what end would the Lord permit this? As with any other injury, Heaven is poised to dispatch Her Glory to every atom and molecule that's been impacted by the destroyer. His Anointing is focused upon, and attracted to, all forms of discomfort, from the unsaved soul to ravages of sickness, poverty and death. The grave offers Christ's Great Commission the most exciting challenge. Are we not to raise the dead, in open defeat of that final enemy? Jesus did!
Before performing unparalleled exploits, we must first see through Papa's eyes and feel with His heart. The process will require a sensitivity that will undoubtedly bring Heaven to earth, just as Jesus prayed. We are reaching a point in history when it will be impossible to cause harm to another without repenting, reconciling and restoring. Not unlike accidentally striking that thumb with a hammer and feeling the trauma throughout your whole body, such will be the case in these days of the Spirit. Someone will step on another's toes, and several around him will be overheard, saying..."Ouch!" Someone else will receive a healing, and those around him will cry, "Glory!" Sensitivity will be commonplace. The Church was ordained to function in that manner, bearing the burdens of the weak, and not merely living for Herself.
"In quietness and confidence shall be your strength. Be still and know that I
am God. Consider the wind. Was it not sent to cool and calm, disperse seeds
of life throughout the earth? In the natural, that is certainly part of My
delivery system, but such is also the case in the spirit-realm. The Word is
like that...a Seed, wherein the very Essence and Nature of the Most High can
be discovered. In stillness, the true Wind (Holy Spirit) will flow over every
situation and circumstance in your walk. Its nature is to iron out spots and
wrinkles, impart gifts and fruit of the Spirit, while literally blowing away
former enemies, which are to be seen no more. The Breeze of Glory will
eradicate all manner of pain, as Heaven visits earth. You see, the two
(Heaven and earth) are passionately interlocking and embracing each other.
Yes, Papa's will is to be done on this green planet, exactly as it is in the
Secret Place. May I give you a word of comfort, Precious Child? Don't live
from event to event, but moment to moment. Sufficient unto every day is the
evil thereof. However, flip over that proverbial coin, and understand, the
Treasure within is more than sufficient to remit, or blast away, all forms of
iniquity. Evil can be no obstacle to the Glory. That Wind is additionally the
vehicle of revelations and manifestations. Erect those sails. Cease
struggling! Much is ordained to rapidly change in the lives of millions, from
ministries that have seemingly been held back, to the obliteration of disease
and death. That which has come against you one way, will flee in several
directions. As far as the East is from the West, neither God nor man will be
able to maintain memory of those negatives, since a torrential Outpouring is
the new Chapter in the Book. Get ready to taste and see, and that
incorporates the sense realm. The world will know of the Lord's goodness.
Again, I am well aware of those hurts. They impacted Me first. However, this
Parent knows how to end a story with the Glory. Trust in My awesome plan of
destiny. Victory is Our middle name. The Good News has been dispatched. So
shall it be!"

Refer To "The Restorer!"...October 6, 2001 (Archives Section)
Heaven richly moved upon those attending a recent Miracle Rally conducted by
Dr. Paul Gervais, in Rutland, Vermont. Tangible manifestations of Glory Dust,
Gold crowns and crosses, whole rows of teeth (Gold), as well as physical
healings in response to words of knowledge, are depicted on the
fifteen-minute, digitally produced (color) video. This is a moving
production! Catching the reactions of recipients to the Father's miraculous
in their lives was extremely touching. In this period of temporary
oppression, it's so refreshing to witness Heaven's appetizer of what's ahead
for the world and Body of Christ. The clip is awesome!
Dr. Tom Kiley, a Senior Pastor on the Leadership Team, is providing the video
for a love gift of fifteen dollars, including postage. Should you desire a
copy, write to him directly. Include your name and mailing address. Checks
should be made out to Wellspring of Life Christian Center.
