The Anointing Breaks Every Yoke!

"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, to preach the acceptable year of the Lord." Luke 4:18-19

"Honey, you're going too far! Don't make a fool of yourself." Those exclamations fell on deaf ears, as Smith Wigglesworth bolted across the lawn, in reaction to hearing that a neighbor had just passed away.

"Polly, I couldn't do anything for him when he was alive. The man refused to listen. Now, God can move!"

Arriving at the deceased man's home, the Apostle of Faith stormed through the door and bolted into a darkened bedroom. Before Wigglesworth was a challenge not new to him...raising the dead. Boldly grabbing that limp frame, words of resurrection life shook the portals of Heaven and foundations of hell. "In Jesus Name, come forth!" The Father didn't disappoint Brother Smith.

Immediately, eyelids fluttered, as the neighbor was welcomed back to this world and led into the Kingdom, a prelude to what would be a marvelous ministry. This was but for the Glory of God, that the works might be made manifest in that seemingly impossible situation.

Smith knew his business, but, most importantly, enjoyed intimacy with the Father. The Apostle's eyes were constantly on that moving pillar of Cloud by day and Fire by night, sensitive to the nudgings and promptings of the Holy Spirit, within.

Faith filled words dominate the law of sin and death. Wigglesworth was cognizant of that fact and took full advantage of his Blood-bought rights and privileges in Christ. Satan could get little past this Apostle of Faith.

"Young man, venture into the store and buy yourself a pair of size nine shoes." That was not an unusual statement to make. However, in this case, his new acquaintance had a small problem...no feet!

Obey the prophet and receive a prophet's reward. "What kind of reward, Paul?" The answer to that question is fairly simple...a manifestation of the Father's Heart, the promise, that which He desires in the situation, materialization of the words spoke by the yielded vessel in that particular office.

"I'll take those shoes, right there. Would you put them on me?" The clerk was in the process of wrapping the boy's purchase, anticipating the sale would benefit another party. "No, I would like to wear them home," explained the determined client.

As each shoe hit a stub, what do you think transpired? That's right!! Brand new feet, from that mighty storehouse of body parts, instantly filled the formed leather...a creative miracle. This, too, was for His Glory!

Smith once remarked, "The only thing that satisfies me is my dissatisfaction. He didn't yearn for the mundane and mediocre, but the supernatural, Daddy's best, recognizing the necessity to grow and become more like his Elder Brother. That, too, is our challenge and choice!

Wigglesworth was on crusade, when he learned that Polly had passed away. Without hesitation, Smith headed for home, only to discover a kitchen full of mourning people, including the family physician.

"Where is my wife? I want to be with her." Those present pointed toward an upstairs bedroom.

Totally focused, Smith approached Polly's lifeless shell. In despair, fully familiar with the Power behind the spoken Word, he issued an utterance that penetrated the Throne Room..."Come back!" That she did. But it wasn't to be.

"Smith, I must return to the Father. You have to let me go." Those were not soothing pleas, which emanated from the lady he loved most on this planet. Finally, there was a yielding, and the man of God permitted her to return home.

I often ponder Jesus' statement in that Garden. "If it be possible, let this cup pass from me. Nevertheless, not My will, but Yours be done." The Master clearly set aside His own natural desires, deferring to the Father. Smith did likewise.

What price are you willing to pay for the anointing, that burden-relieving, yoke-destroying unction? Money cannot purchase God's Power or favor. Neither will degrees, being educated beyond one's intelligence. Frankly, it will cost the believer everything. Expect criticism, rejection and persecution, even from those of your own household. Yes, friends may let you down and retreat. But, and I say this prophetically to you, whatever is displaced and lost will be replaced with the Glory. Those lonely moments will be filled with an intimacy, never thought possible.

If He has called you to function in the Office of a Prophet, anticipate persecution for the Word's sake, that revelation on the inside. You will be out on a limb, most of the time, with nowhere to go, doing business in the depths of the Spirit, where mighty manifestations and big fish abound. Follow a prophet around, and you'll develop an acute case of dizziness. For even he, or she, does not know what direction the Wind might blow, from moment to moment. Yes, it can be a location of perceived solitude. However, you are not alone. He is there for love, compassion, understanding, fellowship, encouragement and direction.

Yes, the anointing, indeed, breaks the yoke, first in us, then others. That unction will turn this world upside down! It's beyond invigorating. You will learn to live on the edge! Your Holy Spirit pager will be worn with anticipation of new, ongoing guidance and instruction. And when it goes off, the message will be crisp and clear. "Plunder hell and populate Heaven!"

I will never forget the day He granted a prophetic revelation, concerning the future of this nation, one night before the Northridge earthquake. God does nothing, without first telling His servant, the prophet

"Paul, I am going to shake California (permissive sense) and many parts of the world, since this earth was not created for evil, is convulsing, awaiting a manifestation of the sons and daughters. The world yearns for signs, wonders and miracles, an expression of my very essence and nature. Just as those rocks were ready to cry out, such is the case with all creation. When Jesus' Blood struck the ground, a burden of righteousness was established. That Blood has a voice, as did Abel's. Where sin abounds, and it is increasing, Grace and Glory much more abound. That is why there is a convulsing, since iniquity, sickness, poverty and death are foreign to that which was created by My hands. That is not unlike a splinter being purged by the body's defenses. The Church is on the cutting edge. Judgment, a positive one for those walking in the Spirit...fulfillment of the Covenant, all that I have revealed and promised, has begun in the House...Mine. You are being called to lay down your life, daily...moment by moment. To the extent that you die, Life will flow from your innermost being, breaking yokes, facilitating those anticipated greater works. I will move on towns, cities, states and whole nations, emptying hospitals, raising the dead, setting captives free in all areas. Masses will throng into the Kingdom. The evil one is using fear to negatively pattern-interrupt an awesome revelation that's brooding over the land, consequently, diverting many in the Church from incubating (gestating) that which was unveiled in the Secret Place of the Most High. The evil one is attempting to misdirect My children's attention from that unprecedented outpouring. Concerning the United States, it isn't the White House, but My house! Heaven's Glory will permeate the very atmosphere of that structure, rolling down hallways, flooding into each and every room. Yes, the Cloud is forming at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, growing in intensity, a Presence promoting truth, wisdom and hunger for Me. Those entering will fall to their knees, be overcome by the Spirit, saved and healed in an instant. Fear not, precious child. For I am in complete control. The government of the nations is upon My shoulders. Simply obey your Father at every turn, through intercessory prayers and acts. The White House will literally glow with another light...Mine, for all to see. I will give you a Spirit-filled and led President. There is a pruning and purging. Trust that process. Be patient. Stand in the gap for your leaders. Don't badmouth them! I raise up and pull down, am in complete control. Remember that! Has it not been proclaimed, People will be willing in the day of My Power? This is that! Your Commander-in-Chief is poised to move! Again, the White House belongs to Me, and will grow whiter and whiter with the Glory!"

"What part do I have to play in the Father's plan?" The message Jesus preached was this: "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me..." Perhaps, that doesn't hold a lot of meaning in your walk, right now. But, let's go on, as the Revelator of Truth breathes life into that portion of Scripture.

Anoint actually means "to pour out, rub into, smear all over." So, the Master was telling the people in Nazareth that day, "Daddy is poured on, smeared all over and rubbed into Me." From the Book of Isaiah, Jesus was proclaiming that He had come with a yoke-destroying, burden-removing Power, as God was all over Him.

His sermon was thrilling! "Folks, I have good news for you! Poverty is a yoke, and the Man in your company is anointed to blast it away. Brokenheartedness is a yoke, and I'm present to destroy that oppression. Being captive to sin, sickness, demons, corruption and fear is a yoke. Let me take care of that, as well. You're concerned about this nation? I'm in control. Don't worry!"

That's the gospel Jesus preached and demonstrated. It is the wonderful news about the anointing. And, all that is available to you, right now!

Whatever Satan is throwing your way, there is no need to put up with it, or him, for another moment. Draw on that anointing within, which is available to deliver you from every stronghold of the devil. That unction will tell you what to do and where to go, as it did Smith Wigglesworth. Revelation Knowledge will freely flow to benefit humanity, as God utters His Voice before the army. The anointing will deal with those bondages that have resulted in years of misery. Condemnation, guilt, lack, fear, poverty, abuse, addiction, torment, anger and hatred will bend their knees in its presence.

If Jesus has been made Lord of your life, His Power is richly residing on the inside of that body. Get ready to be healed and delivered. Then, proceed forward and perform those awe-inspiring exploits! Prophesy! Call those things which be not, as though they were, until they become!
