The Restorer!

will have nothing to fear. Terror will be far removed; it will not come near
you. If anyone does attack you, it will not be my doing; whoever attacks you
will surrender to you. See, it is I who created the blacksmith who fans the
coals into flame and forges a weapon fit for its work. And it is I who have
created the destroyer to work havoc; no weapon forged against you will
prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the
heritage (Covenant) of the servants of the Lord, and this is their
vindication from me,' declares the Lord." Isaiah 54:14-17
"'I will make you a wall to this people, a fortified wall of bronze; they
will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you to rescue

Wherever sin abounds, grace much more gains ascendency. The sick need a
physician. God is attracted to the suffering, those in pain, the underdog and
oppressed. As with any good parent, He runs toward our cries, leaving the
ninety-nine for the one, wanting nothing more than to alleviate agony and
heal. Like a magnet, the impossible draws His Glory. Inherent within that
Entity is the Power to deliver Covenant. The Great Physician's focus cannot
change. He yearns for us to be just like Him in spirit, soul, body, life and
ministry.
Toward that end, let's look at what He accomplished in New England this past
weekend, during a recent Miracle Rally.
Friday Evening
September 28, 2001
Wellspring of Life Christian Center, Rutland, Vermont, was the scene of a
Heavenly invasion this evening, as the Father literally showered those
attending with His manifest Presence. Children of all ages were inundated
with Glory Dust of varied colors. Even the floor and furniture could not
escape its marvelous influence. Men, women and little ones excitedly removed
particles from another Dimension with tape, attaching the Fallout to black
construction paper. Gold was clearly the theme of tonight's Miracle Rally,
including impressive dental work of yellow (Gold) crowns and crosses.
Fillings literally changed before the eyes of amazed witnesses. One lady was
accorded an entire row of what appeared to be a solid (Gold) bar of molars!
The miraculous was captured on video for later telecast. All responding to
words of knowledge were overcome by the precious Holy Spirit. Oil flowed.
Healings abounded. Sight was restored. Fibromyalgia and other conditions
yielded to Covenant. Pain couldn't withstand the Unction. A teenage girl
exclaimed, "Wow, I've never seen anything like this before. It's so amazing!
We won't be the same again." There's nothing like attending a party thrown by
the Master Planer!

Rally, Green Gems began to manifest throughout the sanctuary floor and pews.
Different colored Gold and Gem formations appeared on a Senior Pastor's
clothing, and she received a solid Gold bar cap across four back teeth, on
the bottom right side of her mouth. Another Senior Pastor was healed of
sciatica pain on the left side of his body. An Associate Pastor's clothing
was covered with Gold Dust, along with many of the congregation members'
faces, necks and hands. One woman realized complete healing of her eyesight,
and no longer requires the use of glasses! Everyone gathered together in awe,
as they watched mouths being filled with Gold fillings and caps that
progressively appeared before their eyes!"

All mocking of the Covenant was obliterated by the Presence of God during
tonight's service, as wall to wall bodies, overcome by the Holy Spirit,
experienced the Father's love in varied ways. Those present became Living
Epistles, known and read of all men. People received Heaven's touch, as
blindness, cataracts, fibromyalgia, deafness and other crippling conditions
wilted before the King of Kings. Glory Dust of varied colors inundated
everything. Little ones eagerly lifted the Fallout with tape, attaching their
treasures to construction paper. Oil flowed from hands. Gold and Silver
crosses, as well as solid Gold crowns, formed before both witnesses and video

Heaven threw another party during today's Miracle Crusade. Glory Dust was
everywhere, as youngsters extracted fragments from surfaces. Gold crowns,
crosses and fillings abounded. Amalgam was also replaced with actual tooth,
surely a creative miracle. Physical and emotional disorders vanished at the
mere mention of His Name. Glasses were no longer needed by many. The lame
walked! The auditorium floor was literally covered with those overcome by the
Holy Spirit. A vital, closer relationship with the Father resulted from the
display of His love. Just think! Riches followed the Christ Child around.
Wise Men gave the Savior treasures. Now He is giving them back to the
Bride...Silver, Gold, Gems and Oil. As He is, we have become in this world!

"The Sunday morning service confirmed the love of God, while He continued to
pour out His glorious handiwork of Gold and Gem flake formations on the
sanctuary floor. Many faces, necks and hands glistened with Glory Dust, and
teeth were miraculously filled with Gold cross-shaped fillings. In fact, God
restored missing molars. One of the Senior Pastors received instant wholeness
from a severe back injury and no longer experiences the pain she suffered for
over three years. Another was completely healed of pain in his knees. A woman
was healed of chronic neck and lower back pain, totally regaining mobility.
Astonishment could be seen on the faces of those who watched their own mouths
being filled with Gold fillings. One man was accorded new teeth in his mouth!
Every person who attended these meetings was recipient of a miracle touch
from the Father's hand. I was accorded personal medical confirmation of my
healing of sciatica through a physical therapist who could find nothing
wrong. Peggy Ann's doctor was quite surprised over her back miracle. All
everyone is talking about in our church family is what the Lord did this
weekend at the Rally."

Contemplate perceived losses in life, some of which were ambiguous...without
sense or reason. Most of them birthed considerable emotional pain, guilt,
shame and, at times, hopelessness. Many might ask, "Where was God in all of
this? Did He cause or allow it? Does Heaven care about what's happening in
the world, particularly mine?"
Understand this fact. You and I were created in the Father's likeness and
image for two distinct purposes...dominion and fellowship. We were left in
charge at the beginning, given authority, those keys to the Kingdom, that
title deed over all that was and is. Provision had become automatic. Papa and
the Children were a bonded family. Man fell, but God picked him up, once
more, by way of the cross.
Ponder the blessings and associated responsibilities when the Lord made that
initial decision, which culminated in our being fashioned in His very
likeness and image, incorporating a mandated ability to choose. Without free
moral agency, one could never render choices, the most important of which is
to love. Along with that, the power of life and death is in the tongue, what
we birth (with words) in response to associated thoughts.
You and I are operating within specific laws. Man can decide to build houses
or jump off roofs. We must choose. Heaven won't interfere with that process.
Terrorists also act on their thoughts. It's the season for us to now respond
to the Great General's plan of turning the world upside down with His Glory!
Would any natural parent want a robotic love chip inserted within the brain
of a newborn, a device robbing that child of a personal mindset, facilitating
quality decisions? No two people are the same, due to a multitude of ongoing
decisions, the first of which had it's genesis in Papa's heart. Yes, He
formed us in the womb for a soul-winning destiny, a reflection of Heaven's
perfect will for inhabitants of this planet. From there, we either follow the
Spirit's nudgings and promptings, or not.
Let's return to September 11th, when America came under direct attack from
individuals inspired by Satan to not only kill, but stun this land beyond
imagination. Terror is the epitome of fear...False Evidence Appearing Real.
Being the bipolar opposite of faith, that particular emotion is certainly
paralyzing, intended to leave victims in a state of shock and despair. It
did! Darkness made his first move at the chessboard. Now, Dad and we are
poised to react with an unbeatable Throne Room strategy.
You and I are faith beings. Like Father, like Sons and Daughters! Meditate on
the following. Can God be frightened or intimidated? The answer is
clear...No! As He is, we have become in this world...legally fearless. Faith
possesses confidence in the Lord's ability to bring His Word to pass, where
fear expresses a belief that Satan is able to manifest lies (his word). We
must vote and refuse intimidation.
Isaiah 54 and the 91st Psalm say it all well. Terror will, indeed, come, but
not by Me! A thousand will fall at the left, ten-thousand at my right, but
nothing will happen to me and mine. That's why saluting no man along the way
remains vital. The church shouldn't be moved, except by mercy and compassion,
when it comes to external negatives. Why? Because She has been afforded all
Power, dominion and authority over this world, which belongs to Christ and
us, as Joint-Heirs.
Think about Jesus' statement at Calvary..."It is finished!" Plainly put, He
announced..."I've accomplished all, done everything that I'm ever going to
do, in terms of Covenant. Your hand is now at the plow. Don't look back. Be
sensitive to truth's Revelator, as the Holy Spirit shows you things to come,
including potential and varied acts of terrorism...the foe's ministry. Then
pull down strongholds, and watch Satan chase his tail! Spoiling the enemy's
goods calls for destroying hell's intricate plan to mess up this beautiful
planet and its inhabitants.
Never let one say, "Terrorism is God's judgment." The United States has
already been judged, as have Israel and the Church; and that judgment is
positive. There are righteous in this land. America supports the apple of
Dad's eye. We're doing a whole lot right in that department. Innocent blood
is crying out and magnetically attracting the Glory...Father's manifest
Presence!
In those Twin Towers, the Pentagon and sabotaged airliners, were many
righteous people. God is love and could never injure a single person. Under
Grace...Heaven's Twins...Goodness and Mercy are the Lover's weapons, used to
effectively overcome evil with good! If the Lord were ever going to destroy,
which isn't His nature, there would be no doubt about who did it. Sodom and
Gomorrah can attest to that! Since sending Jesus, He has set His face as
flint in a resolve to reverse captivity and redeem us from the curse
responsible for any dastardly assault against the Kingdom. Associating sin
and its family of negatives with the Author and Finisher of faith is
profoundly wrong. He's a wonderful God, thinking of new (creative) ways of
blowing our socks off with the Glory. Heaven cannot give this world what it
doesn't have...sickness, poverty, destruction and death!
The Pulling!
"Beloved, Blood is crying out from both ends...earth and the Mercy Seat in
the Heavenly Holy of Holies. It's demanding justice, not by might, not power,
but by My Spirit. This day I have given the Power Agent My nod, an order to
intensify the Fire, if you will, increase those signs, wonders and miracles.
With all that, have you not noticed an insatiable hunger for the
Supernatural? Millions are awaiting mail from Home! Untold numbers of God's
Kids in America are calling out to the Father in one voice. I hear their
individual and collective cries, and will answer from the Secret Place. Satan
has overplayed his hand, per usual. Refuse to fear the demise of this world.
Does it not belong to Us? Haven't I promised to fill the nations with a
knowledge of the Glory? That hasn't really happened yet. However, as the
Anointing is released, a transition will make multitudes wonder about where
they are, since Heaven is poised to kiss earth. The current nightmare will
soon yield to dreams and visions, a place of birthing and manifestation,
while fear surrenders to faith, a calling of the unseen into the real of the
seen. The Word will once more become flesh and dwell among men. Abounding sin
is pulling on Dad's Covenant and ability. I hear the cries of those who have
been unjustly sacrificed, including that of My Son...His Blood. Prepare to be
enshrouded by the Glory, Merciful Servant!"

Anointing is released, a transition will make multitudes wonder about where
they are, since Heaven is poised to kiss earth. The current nightmare will
soon yield to dreams and visions, a place of birthing and manifestation,
while fear surrenders to faith, a calling of the unseen into the real of the
seen. The Word will once more become flesh and dwell among men. Abounding sin
is pulling on Dad's Covenant and ability. I hear the cries of those who have
been unjustly sacrificed, including that of My Son...His Blood. Prepare to be
enshrouded by the Glory, Merciful Servant!"
